Property Ratings at Homestead Collection Apartments
I recently moved into Homestead Senior Apartments, and I could not be more pleased. The entire staff are so kind and helpful. They go out of their way to accommodate you, and in these times that is so comforting. The property is beautiful and well maintained. You have every amenity you could need and this property is located in such a great place here in Logan Utah. Nimsi made my application process so effortless, she helped me with everything, and made it so easy for the transition of moving into an apartment, from being a prior home owner, which is an undertaking by its self. You have an entire staff on hand at the property, which makes it so accessible if you need anything, and they have their own web site to keep you in contact with the current things going on in the complex, you can even pay your rent online if you prefer. AnnDee works in the office and you can pay your rent there, so you have access to someone on property. She is so great and helpful, she really cares about the people and works to keep you informed of all important upcoming items as needed. I have had the pleasure of meeting 3 of the maintenance crew on staff; Ben, Cole, and another Ben, these men are so wonderful about taking care of the property, you see them onsite daily, and they truly go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. I am so grateful to be living here; the staff have made my stay here so pleasant, I can't imagine living any where else. I was used to being a home owner; and now living in an apartment is much nicer at my age, especially with all the wonderful support you have here at Residences at Homestead Senior housing. Great workout room and clubhouse, they even have an elevator and computer room if needed. Me and my dog have a wonderful new place to live with out the worries that come with being a home owner; I could not be happier. Thank you all for all you do, you really have been a life saver in my later stage of life. Sophie
