Janet is the property manager as always helpful for anything you need she is on site. The maintenance operations manager is Mike and he just installed new patio doors. He is always helpful and available 24/7.
Exterior has chipping paint & rotting wood. Wind blows thru windows. Maintenance theory is fix after broken with no routine upkeep.
my husband and i have been here a year and we love the management and maintenance they're very nice place to live for what all you get and the people are nice great Neighbors
