Tub drain The maintenance crew are the absolute best guys always!
It was okay We arrived and were immediately told that they did not have what we were looking for. To be fair, we didn’t initially share what spaces we were interested in on the website, but it would have been nice to know that we wouldn’t not be getting any tours at all during the appointment before going to the building.
Potential renter I enjoyed my tour. I really enjoyed the property. The only thing I didn’t like was the prices advertised online were not the same as in person.
Great Friendly and efficient. Made us feel taken cared of.
Replaced thermostat As always the maintenance men are great. They had my thermostat replaced within an hour of my request.

5/10 evening 7:40 i come to pick up my kids i park my car behind my sister car just 15 minuets i come back my car been tow . Why the property managers do that, so terrible, my sister been 2 years rent that property. My family will move out to deference property. any one rent them property if don’t want happen like me them have to move out don’t rent them any more,
I loved there for about 5 years the place had a lot of problems wouldn't live there even if my life depended I. Or
My apartment complex cuts corners in anyway possible from dead shrubs, bad pavement, only concrete under the carpets, I find it to be the Walmart version of places to rent. I do not take advantage of the facilities because the staff is so rotten and vulgar.
I've lived here for two years now. Staff is very friendly, and very helpful. I also love the location, we have everything we need just a short distance away. He apartments are very spacious, I do believe the kitchens are very outdated. For the price, the outside of the buildings, garages, and kitchens could use some work. Overall I really enjoy living here.
Hinton Heights is the best place that I have ever rented. The community is well-kept and have very nice neighbors! I have been treated very kindly by all staff and I want to say "Thank you" for treating me kindly JJ, you are the best. I have had no problem with maintenance issues and I have to say that the whole Hinton Heights team have honored my stay and have been utmost respectful and kind. Thank you again!!! Michelle
