Property Ratings at Hilltop Terrace Apartments!!! Amazing rental!
Look elsewhere. This place is dirty and not maintained at all. Residents have sheets and broken blinds on the windows that probably haven't been washed on the outside in 10 years. The halls are outdated and filthy and smell. The ceiling tiles are stained and dirty. Rent increases every year. Management company is the worst. They also find a way to keep your security deposit so don't plan on getting it back.

We are sorry to hear that someone is unhappy with the past experience at Hilltop Terrace. We are pretty sure this specific tenant was actually very happy in the complex and never mentioned any of these items. When the tenant moved out we found the apartment painted and the cabinets painted over, along with the hinges. These cabinet doors had been installed new one year earlier so the tenant was responsible to pay for that. We returned the rest of the security and that seemed to be unacceptable to this tenant. Hopefully we can have many more happy tenants. We only have 1 vacant apartment right now out of 168, so that really says something about our complex.

We treat all the tenants the same, but this tenant painted his cabinets and hinges after we installed them new. We had to replace it all and he didn't like that. We only kept security for the cabinet doors/hinges and paint, and we didn't keep money for painting the rest of the unit. We now see this gentleman Stephan going to all the sites and smearing Hilltop Terrace and Arin. Its a real shame as we have a great complex in a good location, Central Air, fresh paint and carpets, updated elevators and continued upgrades each year. He was happy all the way up until the point when we told him we had to replace the cabinet doors and hinges and he would have to pay. If you respect the unit and give it back the way it was given to you, you will always see your deposit plus interest!
I have lived here for two years and I love it here. It's right by the water,& you can hear the church bells silently ringing from the green. My Agent Arin is always helpful and is a great man. The Superintendent is fantastic and very nice. People are pleasant in buildings. I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend moving here.
