Love living at hilltop, has an amazing view from the pool deck over looking Oakley. Close to many shopping centers and restaurants. Also very affordable for the area.

It’s been good living over here good people, a safe environment for your kids to play in. There are also activities for your kids to do during the summer like swimming and basketball. The apartments are well designed and well constructed. all in all I would recommend this complex to anyone 5 out of 5.

The customer service we received was amazing from the start! Bill was great and we were able to view three apartments, pick the one we love and from that day forward it has been great. Very clean complex, friendly neighbors and close to everything. Glad we picked Hilltop! -Lakeda

The location is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Amenities are constantly being improved and upgraded. After a year of living here I have had very few maintenance issues, but when I did, the staff always arrived at my door in a timely manner to fix the problem. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice and spacious apartment for a great price!

My wife and I have lived at Hilltop Apartments for over a year now and we love it! It is relatively quiet, safe, and secluded up on the hill, yet very close to fun places in Oakley and Pleasant Ridge. Also, it is conveniently close to I-71 and Norwood Lateral entrances. Our apartment was renovated when we moved in and we have not had any major maintenance issues. The grounds and amenities are VERY well kept. The office staff are friendly and responsive. I have already recommended Hilltop to several of my friends!

My girlfriend and I like living at hilltop! We really enjoy the dog park at the apartments and the dog friendly management.

Phenomenal maintenance crew, office staff, less traffic (sound & air) pollution. Excellent family housing.

The complex is conveniently located near Oakley and 71, good for grabbing take out. The community has nice amenities - we use the Bark Park every week! Office staff is responsive and helpful. Community is quiet and respectful.

This is a great community with wonderful staff. If there are ever any maintenance issues they are super quick to respond and fix the issues. The pool is also an added bonus in the summer time!

This is a great community. It's quiet and clean! And very well maintained! The staff are very professional and maintenance are always ready to help. When we first moved into the community 5 years ago, the complex was running down quickly, but now it's 100% better for families.

I have been living at Hilltop for about 8 months now and I absolutely love our apartment, the community, and the area. They are responsive and timely to our requests. The staff is always friendly whether we stop in at the office or we need the porch power-washed. The community is private and friendly. I have enjoyed the pool during the summer and the short drive to Madtree, Oakley Square, and Rookwood.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living here! All of the amenities I need they have available such as: dog park, basketball, volleyball courts, clean swimming pool, small fitness gym, and covered picnic area to hold small celebrations. Any maintenance issues are quickly handled right away for emergencies or within 24 hours. The staff is very friendly and responsive. There's always a community event for residents to attend monthly, and a well done newsletter that keeps residents up to date as to what's new with specific residents or going on within the complex. My neighbors are quiet and very friendly. I have not had any issues living here, and my teens love it too. The grounds are properly maintained and kept up-to-date. It's centrally located close to the major shopping areas, and I love that it's only 1-2 minutes from the major highways. I highly recommend this place!

This community is small but very quiet. The grounds are very well maintained and upgrades continue to occur at a constant pace. I've lived here for approx. 4 years and out of all the previous apartments none have satisfied me more than this one. In previous apartments, I didn't have much pace for storage, the bedrooms were smaller and it felt as though I was living in a tiny box. Whereas here there is ample storage, the bedrooms are adequately sized and the best part is I don't have to share a bathroom with my children. The staff are very welcoming as well as professional. Whenever, I have needed staffs assistance with maintenance problems they responded in a timely manner. Have had to discuss with office personnel financial constraints and staff was very supportive and encouraging. This was appreciated very much so and things of that nature are never forgotten. Overall, my experience here has been positive and I would recommend Hilltop to others.

We lived on the hill for almost 4 years now. This is how we started on hill. Well we already heard some things about Hilltop 4 years ago(that almost stop us from going on the hill check it out) but took the chance to apply for an apartment and here we are. Can't say the first year was the greatest with noise and annoying neighbors! Seemed like at the time, there was always alot people in the parking lot and less cars, sound kinda funny but I am being honest and going somewhere good with it. Another year went by, annoying neighbor was asked to move. Noise kinda subsided. Well, good news! The last 2 years have been the greatest on the hill! New management, new windows,new patio doors, new front doors, new sidings, new secured mailboxes! Dog park! . Clean, quiet inviting environment. You will not find a greater staff on board, pleasant and helpful! They make you feel at home and want to come home! Oh and the free gym to help you stay in good health! Can't say enough about Dan and Jackie in the office, soooo professional yet always to say hi to every residents and make you feel welcomed. They make you feel at home and not just a number in the community. You will feel like you are in your own community on the hill, yet surrounded by many stores and restaurants. Gas stations, so forth. You will not find a better place to call your Haven of rest! My family and I plan to stay as long as possible, cause we love it! It's also convenient to everything we need to do or go! We have seen it go from oh not so good to the best in 2 years and the changes are still coming coming. Don't believe it, then come see for yourself!! And hope to see a walking trail soon!

I stayed here for 2 years going on my 3rd no problems what so ever if any thing is messed up or needs fixing staff are on top of it! very friendly office staff !

When I came up the hill to the Hilltop Apartments, I was greeted by a beautiful view of Oakley with the Cincinnati skyline in the distance. I toured an apartment with new carpet and stainless steel appliances. There were new cabinets and countertops. I asked if this was a special one just for show and was told by the young man that was there that this was actually for rent. This place was amazing and I highly recommend it.

Hilltop is so peaceful and quiet compared to many years ago! It's like a 100 turnaround. Amazing. Love it. Best staff! And so friendly. Yet professional. I look forwarded to coming home to my great apartment! I can't complain, but would love see the children play in the designated area and not the parking lot. It's not safe because we do not always see the children in visible view immediately. I seen 2 children on bikes and skateboard few days ago and they were not paying attention to cars and zoomed down the hill. Kinda scary. Can the office send out reminder to parents, please! We have to keep safety for the little ones. And be sure people take their cigarette butts with them, back to safety of the children.

I love Hilltop. Picnic area, Basketball courts, Community nights, Swimming pool, 24/7 Fitness Center, lots of Parking, a great staff and neighbors. Add to all that that I am right by Oakley and minutes from downtown. Slam Dunk Baby!

I have lived here for 2 and a half years and I love my apartment. My family loves the basketball court and playground. The staff is efficient, friendly and helpful. I never have to wait more than 24 hours for anything to be done in my apartment. It is close to all of the places I like to shop and eat in Kenwood, Hyde Park and Rookwood. The community is clean and the neighbors are friendly. Now there are community events and contests that are really fun. And use of the pool and the gym are great perks! My family loves living here.

Great Community, wonderful staff, amazing location.

It's been almost a month since I moved in! And I'm in love with Hill Top Apts- Be it my apt or its amazing view to which I wake up, or the most amicable and helpful and caring management that I've ever seen! Hill Top is doing its best in each n every way possible! This is not jus an apartment to live but it's more like a peaceful community where management plays a key role in maintaining good relations among the residents by organizing various events which include celebrating Halloween fest & putting up community nights! Isn't that awesome? In addition to this, the management is always on its toes and quick in responding for any kind of issues that may arise in our apartment. Dan, Erica & Jackie have been doing great and amazing job, which really proves that Towne Properties really cares for its residents :) Undoubtedly, this is surely an apt that's worth a stay :)

The location is a at the top of a hill providing great views and a calm, quiet environment. The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgable. Our apartment was newly updated upon move in, larger than most that we had seen, and has exceeded our expectations.

We have lived her since March of 2014. We currently reside on the bottom level in a 3 bedroom. My wife and I have 3 kids so our specific location is away from the street and parking lot. We had a problem with our upstairs neighbor for a couple of months in 2014 and after speaking with the office, they were quick to alleviate the situation with upmost empathy. The overall noise level has gone done to virtually nothing but cars driving 200 yards away (so there is none. lol) The grounds of the apartment are clean at all times and if any issues arise from anything as small as a cigarette butt, maintenance will be out by the next working day, at the latest. The maintenance crew are the most knowledgeable and kind that I've seen at an apartment complex. Since we've lived here, there has been an ongoing (currently excavating the hill, which my kids love to watch) facelift and while the complex isn't, in my opinion, yet a luxury apartment, they are working that way and soon. Nestled up on a hill is also an EXTREME plus. One of the main reasons we decided to move up here. During the summer, there are extra sheriff patrols and on any given day, you can spot them nestled in or around our square block keeping us safe. The office staff has changed recently, but the new staff is awesome! (shoutout to DAN and Jackie!) As far as apartment living goes, out of the 5 complexes I've lived in in the past 8 years, Hilltop is bar none, the best. Always willing to work with you, they strive to make your living as a resident the most comfortable. If apartment living is what you are looking for, come here. It's a good, quiet, safe, clean, and peachy place to live!

Talk about a place that has gone through changes in the few years, this place has but for the better. The staff here have worked hard on improving who stays and is allowed to live here. No loud music and a family focused area. Being a single father of three they have community recreational actives like kickball Thursday and bible studies Sundays at the club house. Every Monday the community is cleaned and maintained which is great. I think I might stay another year because I can't leave the close community we have here easily.

I really enjoy living here. Neighbors are friendly, management at leasing office is very helpful and professional. Since living here I've had a few small problems in my apartments, management was fast to get in touch with maintenance and get the problem resolved in a timely manner. As a parent of three kids I was dreading having to go out in search for schools, being from out of town I didn't know the area and knew I would have some trouble. I went and spoke to management at the leasing office and they were able to provide me with not only a list of school surrounding the area but with schools that also had transportation leading into the apartment complex. The apartments are big, bright and very clean! I strongly recommend reaching out to the leasing office and getting a tour, you will not be disappointed!
