I lived at Hillside Apartments for a little over a year and I loved it. We had to move out because of work, but I miss it there so much. The apartment was very nice and the staff was also wonderful.

Sorely disappointed in Hillside apartments and how little they value their residents. If you find yourself having to live at Hillside apartments, make sure you keep everything documented on paper because they will come back to charge you inaccurate fines and fees upon departure. They will tell you one thing and then do another.
We moved here 9 years ago. It's affordable, great maintenance,very professional staff,always friendly and always prompt to help. Super convenient location.Right downtown Wixom makes it a safe,atractive fun place to live. Highly recommend this place.

I live there I had to move out because they had bed bugs
These apartments are overpriced. Out of all the Edward and Rose Apartments that I have lived in this one has been the most disappointing one to me. It's by a train track that comes constantly and it shake the complex each time. It has cheap carpet, and a fake friendly people in the office.

I've been here for a couple years now and am able to see it for what it's worth now. It's over-priced. It's falling apart. It constantly needs work such as cracks in the wall (not little ones, cracks from floor to ceiling), leaks in the ceiling, and other not so major fixes. The locations is great though. Everything and anything you need is right here or not further than a mile. Neighbors (at least mine) are quiet. I love the area, otherwise I'd be in a much bigger rush to get out. Currently waiting on a different place to become available. Save your money and look elsewhere.
Hillside Apartments are great apartments within walking distance from downtown Wixom. They are located next to railroad tracks and each set of apartments have a pond located out the back door. Unlike other apartments in the area, Hillside has washers and dryers in each apartment and spacious living areas. The lawn is very well kept up and it is pretty quiet most of the time. The staff has been wonderful. Sometimes it can take them a while to follow up on apartment maintenance things, but when they do come, they are very professional and get the job done right. There is also not a lot of turn-around, meaning people here stay for a while which is nice to have a community of people. Highly recommend these apartments.
