Bonney Lake is home to three lakes, including its namesake Lake Bonney in the center of town, Lake Deborah Jane, and Lake Tapps—the largest recreational lake in Pierce County. Residents bask in the many options for fishing, boating, and swimming afforded by these lakes.
Getting active in Bonney Lake doesn’t stop with the lakes. Several parks in town provide additional space for recreation as well. Allan Yorke Park is a mainstay in Bonney Lake, with numerous walking trails, sports fields, picnic shelters, a skate park, and a boat launch on Lake Tapps. Victor Falls Park offers trails leading up to a 70-foot waterfall at the southern edge of town.
