Problems: RATS , SHOOTINGS (every other night), Break ins ( car theft ) also it’s private property so nothing will really happen, mold in units ( they just paint over ), sewer problems

I love these apartments the team are helpful thoughtful and will help you the best way possible. This is my first apartment and I’m happy with my choice. They keep the apartments nice and clean. It’s very quiet where I’m staying I been here since October of 2021 I haven’t have any problems. Thank you guys for everything

I completely fell in love with the 2 bedroom apartment set-up The floor to ceiling windows were lovely and the location is perfect everything is nearby my daughter school very quiet
I have been here for 10 years and I have not had any problems at all I love it
I’ve been living here for about 7 months and I haven’t had any problems. If I ask for any thing to be fixed maintenance is on it and when I call, the staff in the office answers in a timely manner. They give great answers and details to any questions I have and I love that they work with you and understand that people do have hard times which is great! I love it.

Very nice ! Me and my roommate love our neighbors. They also took their time out of day to help us move in when they seen us struggling with our items , haha. Need little improving on the maintenance people because they take forever to come . But overall experience so far here in the newly renovated unit its been amazing !

These apartments are a nice place to stay. There is a laundry room in the common area. And there is air conditioning and heating. What else do you need.
