Hill Meadow Apartments

I lived at Hill Meadows for 6 years, only moving because I bought a house. The landlords were always very nice and helpful, quick to fix problems when ever they happened. The apartment was well maintained and updated, and the location is quiet and peaceful. I hope the next person takes care of my flowers. :)

I hate that i have to leave tgis complex one day!! I have lived several places in the area and this complex by far is the best!!!! The landlords are fantastic they are responsive to needs and never hard to get in touch with. Being this close with downtown and a major commute route worried me but there is very little traffic noise, the nature preserve brings lots of song birds and a deer once in awhile. I will be sad the day my work takes me from this complex. My daughter and I have both really enjoyed it.

I don't know where to begin. This place is AWSOME!! I lived here for over a year and LOVED IT! All the neighbors are quite and professional! The parking lot is well lit at night and managed during the winter months. I have always felt safe here. The Illinois State Police crime lab is directly next door to this property. Chris and Chrissy are outstanding landlords! They are only a phone call or text away if you need something. The location of this property is ideal also! It is on the west side of Springfield, very close to downtown area, shopping mall and various restaurants. You can walk to the nearby Dunkin Donuts and CVS store. The worst part about Hill Meadows Apartments is....WHEN YOU LEAVE THEM! My career as an RN has taken me back home to the Chicagoland area after working for Memorial Medical Center for over a year. As a night nurse, I was able to sleep quite well during the day also (and we know that can be a challenge!). I will miss this place dearly and I wish Chris and Chrissy continue success!

...leaving Hill Meadow. After 3 years my residency ended at the hospital and I had to give my 30day notice and move to Texas, I still wish I was in Springfield. Chris and Chrissy both are the best landlords you could hope to have, they are caring, yet professional. My air conditioner broke and they brought over a portable ac to keep me and my cats comfy until the other got fixed. I let all the new residents at the hospital know about Hill Meadows, my favoritest place I have ever lived. (ps Chris: Crumpet and Tips say "Hi" ^.^)

The apartments are nice and well kept! It's always quiet and peaceful and the area feels very safe. The owners really care about the upkeep of the property and respond super quick if you need them. They are friendly and kind people who do their best to keep tenants happy and comfortable. They make sure that everything is in great shape!

11/10 would recommend! always quiet with good neighbors.

I lived at Hill Meadow Apartments for 4 years while I was in college and beyond. The landlords were incredibly helpful anytime they were needed. The rent was a good value for the apartment. The unit I had was well kept when I moved in with ample space in the living room and two bedrooms. All the appliances worked as expected, and if there was ever an issue with one of them, the landlords were quick to repair or service them. I would highly recommend renting here. I've been moved out for a couple of months now and I still kind of miss my apartment here.

Hill Meadows was an amazing place to live for the past two years! Chris and Chrissy were great landlords who really care about their tenants. I always felt completely safe here. Very friendly neighbors that are very quiet. This was an ideal location too...close to downtown and the west side. I cannot say enough good things about this place! I am sad to leave.

This apartment looks like a very good place to live. It looks like a good place for just out of school.
