Great place to live and the staff is awesome. I have lived here since June of2021 and have never had a problem with anything. When I have to put in a maintenance request they take care of it within a reasonable time

I love being a resident here. It's convenient to shopping, my doctors, and transportation. Any requests for repairs are handled quickly and professionally. The grounds are kept clean and the flowers/lawns are always well manicured. Most of all, I feel safe here. The apartments are clean. The building have been newly painted. New carpet in the shared hallways. The grounds are well kept. The office is very responsive. Maintenance is quick and efficient.

I love my apartment it is the best place to raise a family. It is safe, there are a lot of kids the playground is great and everyone looks out for one another.
The apartment was in excellent shape when we moved in. The office staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. The amenities are extensive and well kept.

I love my apartment and it’s a great atmosphere, quiet and peaceful area! Great amenities (Washer/dryer and dish washer per unit!! Rent could be more affordable bc the cost of life in general is expensive.

At first we inquired about this property because it was on the way to my job. We ended up falling in love with the staff and the property. Then Covid hit. The way everything was handled was extremely professional. The staff has remained vigilant when it comes to my family knowing that everyone in the house is autoimmune. It’s this type of professionalism and caring that we value. This is more of a family atmosphere than just a landlord/tenant situation.

Hillbrook Place has Great space inside our unit and so far working amenities. However during later hours it seems a bit noisy with different activities. Nice HOT water, but I can also hear others pipes at times. So far so good with respond time to maintenance tickets and concerns. Wondering how the upkeep of outside my complex though is maintained throughout messy weather. Only settle for a month now so I’m interested to see how they navigate year round.

We really like these apartments. Beautiful and well-maintained territory. There is a grocery store nearby, very shabby. Nice, friendly neighbors. Good repair. Responsive staff. In summer, you can swim in the pool, it's clean. The gym is open late, which is good.

I love this apartment. The layout is spacious and the community safe. I moved here in the spring and usually by the time summer hits the neighborhood gets a little rowdy. Not here all summer long everyone was friendly and no drama anywhere. Great place to raise your kids. My daughter has made many new friends here. I would recommend Hill Brook Place Apartments to everyone.

Living at Hill Brook Place has been one of the best decisions to live here in Pennsylvania, the apartments are very comfortable, the place is safe and quiet. The location of the place is close to stores, gas stations, pharmacies, laundromats and the shopping center, which makes it easy for me to get everything in a short time.

The residents are friendly and some are helpful. At night it is quiet and you can open windows for fresh air and still get to sleep My biggest complaint is the stairs are too much for me as I am on the second floor

We are going on our 6th lease here. When we came it was owned by one company however when Morgan Properties came in they have made so many improvements. We now have a washer and dryer in unit, reserved parking is available, a secured package location, a playground, exercise and dog park area. Improvements can be seen throughout the property which with the things named and the staff is what is keeping us here. It is home.

The ladies who work in the leasing office, are always so kind and helpful. Sometimes I just go there to talk with them. The maintenance men are always very helpful and they are very quick to fix any issues.

I really love it here. I've been here a year and a half now and I hope to stay for a while. Everybody from the front office staff to the maintenance department is excellent! If I have an issue the maintenance team always gets it done within a day and that's awesome! The amenities are awesome as well with the gym and also the pool. The noise level is very minimal. I know I picked the right apartment complex for sure!
