This apartment complex can be good, the employees seem nice and the apartments are spacious however the parking situation is awful and makes living there miserable. The complex does not have enough parking especially for the back buildings. If you get home any time after 5 chances of you being able to park close to your apartment are slim to none. It is so frustrating having to park by the leasing office and walk through the entire complex to get to the back buildings. You have to pay an $8 fee just to park there but again, not enough parking to be able to park close to your unit. The only other option is to rent a garage ($150-$175 per month, for an apartment complex to charge so much for a garage when there literally is not enough parking spaces is outrageous. Management has no solution to parking, they say they “understand” but there is no fix. I don’t understand how an apartment complex can have so many units with such little parking.

I like how easy it is living here. The office staff make it a priority to help you. The mail system is great and the amenities are beautiful. I love the layout of my apartment, my garage, the waste/recycle is close, and the cell phone reception is excellent.

Hiline has been a wonderful place to live. The neighbors have been amazing, the maintenance has been completed quickly and efficiently, the office ladies are welcoming and always willing to help and the amenities we have been able to use have been wonderful! We also love the units, they are nicely updated specious and they don’t have any wasted space. We are excited to be living here for a good long while!

Don't let the looks fool you these buildings are poorly built. You will hear your neighbors that live above you. There is not enough parking for everyone which you will have to park far away from your building if you do not get a spot early enough. The trash does pile up quickly and the bins will overflow into the street. The cost of rent is to high for the value of the property.

Hiline Littleton is the PLACE TO LIVE. Amazing pool and amenities, reasonable rates and the team here is exceptional. If there is a problem they are like Vanilla Ice because "Yo they solve it" if you want to be comfortable in your home be sure to choose HiLine.

Generally i like living here and the apartment is really nice quality. View from balcony is great but is right next to county line and cars are often noisy. Amenities are great and the service for maintenance is responsive and helpful. Major drawback is lack of dedicated parking and most garages are not available in convenient locations, so it wouldn't be worth renting a garage far away.

I really enjoy staying here. It was super quiet but then construction started and now its distractingly loud every day. Maintenance men are good and respond quickly. The property seems to always be in good condition as well. It would be nice if the pool had a strainer for residents to help keep it clean or if it was just cleaned more often. But over all Ive enjoyed living here. Im not a fan of having to pay $8 a month just to park on the property especially since rent is already so high. Hopefully they reconsider charging their tenants and allow them to park for free one day.

I have lived at the HiLine Little Commons for two year now. I have live in two different apartment and both of them have been great. I love the well lighted grounds and for the most part my neighbors are very friendly. Love the staff and facilities.

My husband and I just moved here from another state and Hiline is the nicest apartment I have ever lived in. I love that the complex is centrally located. There are a lot of fun things to do around here! The unit was extremely clean when we moved in and has the perfect amount of space for us. All of the amenities are fantastic! You really get a bang for your buck! We hope to live here for awhile! :)

This property is definitely worth a look and a tour if you are searching for your next home. I know when I went to go look at the property. I was amazed on how great the apartments looked, the price, and clubhouse. It definitely got me interested and when I signed my lease, the process was super easy to do.

I like living here at HiLine at Littleton Commons. I get home late at times from work or somedays go in early. The lighting on the property is so nice that I feel safe when walking my dog during the early or late hours. Staff is always pleasant and so helpful with any concerns or needs I may have.

Hiline has been a great place for me for over 4 years now. I moved over to be closer to work as it was better looking and cheaper than similar sized spaces in Highlands Ranch. It was nice being on my own originally and when friends and family came to visit they complimented my space and the community as a whole. Now that I share the space with my fiancée, the one bedroom can be tight at times but may have been better with a different layout which we didn't opt for on renewal. Being a Drafter and Architecture student, this complex has always had a different aesthetic from other typical apartments which is what drew me to it so when I drive up to it I never feel like it looks like everything else if that makes sense. I enjoy the location because Santa Fe is a straight shot to downtown and C470 can wrap you around to DTC if needed (with I-25 of course) or Castle Rock. I also enjoy exercising so the close proximity of the Highline Canal Trail allows me to walk over to it and begin my run, walk, or cycle. I would recommend this complex to anyone who doesn't mind being around animals as there are quite a few dog owners here, enjoys taking walks and runs, and wants to spend a few dollars less than what the going price is in Highlands Ranch.

1 single positive thing: super dog friendly place. 10000 cons: Got stolen all our snowboard gear from our own garage with main door and side hallway door locked. Very hard to find parking after 6pm. Hot tub closes at 5pm when that’s the time everybody wants to go in, like we will get Covid if we go at night? Come on! Can’t enjoy any of the amenities with that stupid schedule. Also, dog grooming place is clogged 90% of the time, full of animal fur that I ended up just giving my dog a bath in home. The office receptionist has a bitchy attitude, never willing to help, answers the phone in bad mood all the time. Also she didn’t let me go in the swimming pool at 3:45pm when they close at 5pm bc she said she needs to sanitize it, then don’t said you close at 5 if it takes you 1 HOUR to clean. Wouldn’t it be better to say you close at 4pm instead, then take your 1hr to clean?

The apartments are very beautiful. very very quiet outside.The apartment makes it easy for to get to know each other as if it is a community they have food trucks here and events for people who live in the apartment complex again very very quiet outside.

In a good location to get quickly on 85 or C-470. I like the layout of our apartment and it works out well for us, especially love having a washer and dryer in the apartment. Office and maintenance staff are friendly and efficient. Just beware parking if you work late.

I have been here four years and have no big complaints about choosing this specific apartment community. I enjoy the curb appeal of the complex and enjoy the humble view of the mountains out west. The facilities are clean and easy to use and the dog park is a nice way to have a friendly conversation with some of the residents here. This location is extremely close to trails which is excellent for cycling, walking, running etc and the community is still under construction with homes and businesses so this area will be flourishing for quite some time. The atmosphere is relatively calm as the neighbors do not create disturbances often although what can be annoying is the consistent medium noise level of outside traffic caused by the location of this complex being sandwiched between a highway and a motorcycle dealership

This is an excellent place to live!! The apts are well-priced for the area as well as spacious with very nice appliances, great kitchens and bathrooms, nice balconies, and the grounds are very well-maintained by the staff.

I am pleasantly surprised with HiLine at Littleton Commons. I came in with some fears due to previous reviews, but those fears quickly diminished. The staff is great, ample parking, beautiful apartments, and really friendly residents. I would definitely recommend to a friend!

We have raised the concerned about the parking issue couple of times to the property management and ParkM. During the summer we can park the vehicle anywhere within the community and walk to the apartment. But in Winter it is very hard to park and walk along with the family and kids. If you are coming at 9pm or 10pm then you will get a free parking space close to the leasing office only. Even we raised the concerned, they will give an option to take the garage, even the garage will not get closer to your apartment there is no point to take the garage. Atleast, they should allocate 1 parking slot for the tenants to closer their apartment. Greystar are maintaining the lots of property in Denver but they don't have the parking issue. This is one of the worst property maintained by Greystar. Worst community. It is very horrible during the snow time.
