Community is a great place to live! Is now a quiet place to live and maintenance is great and fixes issues in a timely manner. Amenities are great! Love having the Amazon lockers less stress about packages being stolen.

Living here has been a really pleasant experience. The condo is quiet, clean, and well maintained. The common areas are always in great condition, and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. It truly feels like a comfortable and safe place to live.

This is a beautiful area to live in, when I submit orders for maintenance issues, they take care of them pretty quickly I would recommend anyone that is new to San Antonio to come check this area out. We’re in a beautiful part of town, very quiet no issues as far as crime in this area luckily Swimming pool is also very nice. They have a nice barbecue area with covered seating.

Robin helped me move in and explained everything in great detail about the property and what to expect! I’m looking forward to living here and working with the welcoming staff at the management office! They helped with my transition from overseas so much and without them it would’ve been such a struggle.

Property is great and I love the view and maintenance has need outstanding. Office personnel are second to none and they make sure to stay on top of things.

It’s been a very nice experience. However improvements can absolutely be made and policies should be enforced not just threaten everyone randomly through text messages; but other than that it’s been really nice :)

I’ve lived in this apartment complex for six years, and overall, my experience has been very positive. The location is convenient, close to shopping, and restaurants, and major roads, which makes daily life easier. The grounds are generally well kept, with clean landscaping and plenty of parking available. Maintenance requests are usually handled quickly, and the office staff is friendly and responsive when issues arise. The neighbors are respectful, and the community feels safe, which has given me peace of mind. The amenities, like the pool and fitness center, are well-maintained and a nice bonus. Rent has gone up over the years, but that seems to be the case everywhere. Despite that, l've stayed because it truly feels like home. After six years, I can honestly say this has been a comfortable and reliable place to live.

it was a great apartment communty and all nice people and the office and manegment are realy nice when you put a work order they usally come fast and all the people around the communty are nice and kind people.

At Highpointe, we've found a very pleasant, affordable place to live, and we're very happy here. We have very close, good schools, supermarkets and the airport is located only 12-15 minutes away

My experience living here so far has been pretty good. It’s an older complex, conveniently located by an assortment of restaurants and shops. Great for younger singles or small families

Absolutely love living at High Pointe Estates! The quality of the homes is top-notch — modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The gym is well-equipped, making workouts convenient, and the swimming pool is always clean and inviting. The community is very well-maintained with a strong focus on cleanliness and security. Being a gated society adds an extra layer of peace of mind. Highly recommend!

We really enjoy the open floor plan and space of high point apartments. The view is wonderful and the staff are very helpful. The property is very well taken care of.

Great family community. Hill top views are amazing. Fresh breezes when air flows. Conveniently located near shopping and eateries. School district is amazing as well.

Amber was extremely helpful with my move in. I inadvertently kept her late working on gate access but she made sure everything was taken care of.

My movement experience was good. Any little issues that arrived they definitely took care of in a timely manner. I like the fact that for the most part, it’s very quiet around here and animal friendly. Location is great.

I moved because I fell in love with the area. The apartment we chose has a fantastic view and is in a very quiet area. The area is super quiet and the neighbors so far are very friendly.

Removed dog waste disposal trash cans resulting in no one picking up after their dogs. Lets renters just litter all over the communal lawns and does nothing to clean it up.

There was some difficulties at the beginning when I was first moving in. There was some problems/fixes I asked to get resolved before move in but it took a long time delaying my move in. They did get it fixed and then any maintenance I asked to get done after that has been done promptly. I just wished they would let me know in advance when they would do the work order. And also fix the back gate. I live near it and don’t feel safe with it always being open.

First impressions were absolutely horrible unfortunately but day by day things have been getting worked on. So ultimately it got better but definitely they learned from me to no half way do anything 100 percent effort or corporate gets an email. Sorry not sorry

A wonderful complex to live. Very convenient to local shops. Excellent management in the office and Monica is the best. I love the floor plan, and it feels more a small home as opposed to an apartment.

Move-in was fairly easy, had some issues with the lock but it was quickly resolved. Complex is very nice, overall very satisfied with our experience so far.

Monica was absolutely amazing through our entire process. Not only is she helpful, but her attitude and rapport is so comforting. She is very knowledgeable about her job, and provided us many options for apartments to view. I am so happy to be able to settle in this community. The area is clean and kept up. The sidewalks are in great shape and landscapers are here on a weekly basis. I love the digital access to our community. The apartment itself is spacious and has great updates wirh solid stone countertops, and updated and stainless steel appliances. Flooring inside our apt is very nice. The maintenance crew has done a wonderful job! Thank you Ralph! The review of our apt on a walk thru was an easy task to accomplish, because everything was well maintained and if I did have a small issue it has been addressed and fixed quickly! I was impressed with the rules of quiet time for our community, which is simply amazing! I would recommend this complex to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! Monica in the office is an absolute gem. She was so patient with me during the application process and made even the ID and income verification feel easy. Her friendly and welcoming attitude truly made a difference, and her customer service is top-notch. She took care of all my concerns, and I love my apartment! I moved to San Antonio and into Highpoint Estates 4 months ago. Monica was such a huge help through the entire process! I was so nervous about the move because I had to choose an apartment sight unseen as I wasn’t able to make the trip to see it prior to the move. I was so relieved when I arrived. The entire property was exactly what I was hoping for.

My experience in almost two years has been relatively good, however almost a month ago my bicycle was stolen from in front of my apartment, of course I made my police report etc. I think they should take precautions in areas where they don't have precautions, what's the point of having gates with a security system if there are areas of the residence where people can enter and leave without any control?

Overall I had a good experience maitnence was very good other than that wish the pool wasn't closed down for the summer I think it was very unprofessional how they went about it

A nice complex that is kind of not in plain sight but still has a lot to offer. I have a great sized apartment at a great rate that I can afford and be comfortable with. I live in a great neighborhood and have access to lots of retail and dining options, great shopping areas with new businesses still being added to the community.

I’ve lived here for four years now. When the new management took over you could see the immediate changes on the property. The office staff were more tentative to complaints and understanding of residents concerns. Maintenance was done in a quick fast and orderly manner. The actually property is now better maintained (ex… the gates are actually operational , lawn care is done on a regular ).

The location of Highpointe is magnificent, everything is very close, schools, supermarkets, airport, entertainment is all very close. It has been very peaceful living here. The only thing missing is areas for children to play, such as a playground and a basketball court.

Love it here the maintenance is quick and the neighbors are friendly. Everyone minds their business the community is always clean and the office is always very welcoming.

Management is so rude and unprofessional!! Really like the apartment and the neighborhood but my car recently got towed after I renewed my lease. There was no notifications or communications at all about reregistering the car after lease renewal whatsoever. My car was damaged by the towing company and they said to talk to management and management said they're not responsible for any damages to the vehicle. They reimbursed me for the towing fees since I didn't get any communications but was so rude in the way they communicated! would not recommend living here with this current staff!!

No stainless steel appliances were in my apartment at move-in, as promised on their website. I was often told that the corporate office would contact us, but they never have. It has been six months, and nothing has been done. My car got broken into, common in San Antonio, however there was nothing to steal, the window was broken for fun. Office staff have an attitude on most occasions. This place sucks.

My home here is 2nd to none! Staff are amazing from application to walk through to move in. We're so happy here we will probably never move again! Should you need a maintenance request (we've rarely needed one) the portal is super easy to use and the response time is immediate!

The people who live there are rude and always in the road of the community. People are loud with party’s. there know parking so don’t invite anyone over. There know playground for kids so there playing in the road of the community.
