First impressions were absolutely horrible unfortunately but day by day things have been getting worked on. So ultimately it got better but definitely they learned from me to no half way do anything 100 percent effort or corporate gets an email. Sorry not sorry

A wonderful complex to live. Very convenient to local shops. Excellent management in the office and Monica is the best. I love the floor plan, and it feels more a small home as opposed to an apartment.

Great place to live. Conveniently located near major grocery stores, restaurant chains, and large shopping center. The neighbors and staff are all extremely kind.

Move-in was fairly easy, had some issues with the lock but it was quickly resolved. Complex is very nice, overall very satisfied with our experience so far.

Monica was absolutely amazing through our entire process. Not only is she helpful, but her attitude and rapport is so comforting. She is very knowledgeable about her job, and provided us many options for apartments to view. I am so happy to be able to settle in this community. The area is clean and kept up. The sidewalks are in great shape and landscapers are here on a weekly basis. I love the digital access to our community. The apartment itself is spacious and has great updates wirh solid stone countertops, and updated and stainless steel appliances. Flooring inside our apt is very nice. The maintenance crew has done a wonderful job! Thank you Ralph! The review of our apt on a walk thru was an easy task to accomplish, because everything was well maintained and if I did have a small issue it has been addressed and fixed quickly! I was impressed with the rules of quiet time for our community, which is simply amazing! I would recommend this complex to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! Monica in the office is an absolute gem. She was so patient with me during the application process and made even the ID and income verification feel easy. Her friendly and welcoming attitude truly made a difference, and her customer service is top-notch. She took care of all my concerns, and I love my apartment! If you’re on the lookout for a great place with fantastic staff, I wholeheartedly recommend Highpointe Estates. You’re going to love it here!

I moved to San Antonio and into Highpoint Estates 4 months ago. Monica was such a huge help through the entire process! I was so nervous about the move because I had to choose an apartment sight unseen as I wasn’t able to make the trip to see it prior to the move. I was so relieved when I arrived. The entire property was exactly what I was hoping for.

My experience in almost two years has been relatively good, however almost a month ago my bicycle was stolen from in front of my apartment, of course I made my police report etc. I think they should take precautions in areas where they don't have precautions, what's the point of having gates with a security system if there are areas of the residence where people can enter and leave without any control?

Overall I had a good experience maitnence was very good other than that wish the pool wasn't closed down for the summer I think it was very unprofessional how they went about it

A nice complex that is kind of not in plain sight but still has a lot to offer. I have a great sized apartment at a great rate that I can afford and be comfortable with. I live in a great neighborhood and have access to lots of retail and dining options, great shopping areas with new businesses still being added to the community.

I’ve lived here for four years now. When the new management took over you could see the immediate changes on the property. The office staff were more tentative to complaints and understanding of residents concerns. Maintenance was done in a quick fast and orderly manner. The actually property is now better maintained (ex… the gates are actually operational , lawn care is done on a regular ).

The location of Highpointe is magnificent, everything is very close, schools, supermarkets, airport, entertainment is all very close. It has been very peaceful living here. The only thing missing is areas for children to play, such as a playground and a basketball court.

Love it here the maintenance is quick and the neighbors are friendly. Everyone minds their business the community is always clean and the office is always very welcoming.

Management is so rude and unprofessional!! Really like the apartment and the neighborhood but my car recently got towed after I renewed my lease. There was no notifications or communications at all about reregistering the car after lease renewal whatsoever. My car was damaged by the towing company and they said to talk to management and management said they're not responsible for any damages to the vehicle. They reimbursed me for the towing fees since I didn't get any communications but was so rude in the way they communicated! would not recommend living here with this current staff!!

No stainless steel appliances were in my apartment at move-in, as promised on their website. I was often told that the corporate office would contact us, but they never have. It has been six months, and nothing has been done. My car got broken into, common in San Antonio, however there was nothing to steal, the window was broken for fun. Office staff have an attitude on most occasions. This place sucks.

My home here is 2nd to none! Staff are amazing from application to walk through to move in. We're so happy here we will probably never move again! Should you need a maintenance request (we've rarely needed one) the portal is super easy to use and the response time is immediate!

The people who live there are rude and always in the road of the community. People are loud with party’s. there know parking so don’t invite anyone over. There know playground for kids so there playing in the road of the community.

Clean and quiet, great place for families or young people just starting out. Very affordable and close to major highway near gas stations, grocery stores, plenty of restaurants and a nearby shopping center

Great apartments been living here for almost 7 years love the short distance for all basic amenities and the office staff and maintenance staff are awesome thx for for being so awesome

Great apartment and very spacious. I like that I have a garage… finally! That best part of my location is that I’m surrounded by great restaurants.

Nice family oriented place. Good ground, responsive management, nice community. The floor plans are fantastic, the amenities are great, and the price is right.

Besides from maitnence I can't say I'm really happy with living here being that we pay for amenities and the pool being closed for most of the summer to all of a sudden getting charged for a garage that we been had for years already just alot more cons now then pros at this point

Staff was great and listened to what I needed. My leasing agent was amazing. I really like the apartment that I chose and was able to move in the same day

Absolutely love the view of sunrise and Sunset. Quiet community. Staff are very nice and attentive. I really enjoy the pool area. Neighbors all seem very friendly. Close to schools.

Been great so far! Easy move in, nice place. Great setup and location !! I’ll be here for atleast a year so let’s see how it goes but I am excited!

I’ve lived here 3 and 1/2 years and since the new management has taken over a little over two years ago I’ve been completely satisfied. Community is well taken care of Front office personal and staff are very professional Monica in the front office excels and goes above and beyond to accommodate and help tenets.

Have lived here over 6 months and still have no complaints! Any maintenance requests always get taken care of quickly & the staff is always friendly

Luv my apartment and the quietness. Valet garbage pickup is a nice perk. Was surprised by the size of my garage and the amount of storage space inside my apartment.

We lived here before, moved away for work, and came back because we love the location. What's even better is the apartment complex is under new management! You can see the improvement here and it feels so nice to be back.

Very easy going, helpful staff who made the transition very simple and problem free. When arriving to the unit, everything g was in order and very clean.

So far it’s been ok! Great location and convenience. Occasional noise, dog waste and parking issues it’s overall a nice place to live. Need to continue to make updates to the property.

Location is conveniently located to eateries, shopping, and entertainment. The neighborhood is quiet and very family-friendly. The property sits high on the hill, making the views amazing.

It is good but I would say maintenance request should be taken more seriously and act on it . Overall good experience, nice neighborhood and amenities.

Maintenance services are really good, Ralph is very kind and helpful, there is good communication from the administration to the tenants. The location is amazing

I love living here at Highpointe Estates. When ever we have a work order, which is rare, our request is answered quickly and professionally. We have a safe and quiet neighborhood in which to live. I wouldn't change it for the world!

Need maintenance. It's not maintained properly, things are damaged, but maintenance people come to see if we complain. Location is ok but some properties are at the back side of the view which we didn't like.

I’m new to the city and the community. Highpointe Estate is a nice and quiet community. They keep the community clean. The leasing office staff has been super nice and helpful. Even maintenance staff has been very helpful to us.

We have been living here for almost two years and it has been a wonderful experience in many ways. It is quiet, safe and if in the future I have children it would be a good place to grow up and play.

It's a good environment and the maintenance were good so far. The maintenance people are friendly with the request which we raised. Hoping to have the same support throughout the year.

Really nice Location, the staff is really nice. Close to basically everything, food, gas, groceries, movie theater…..some are close enough to walk to.

A very quiet community that we enjoy very much many families in the community which makes it great, we enjoy taking walks around the lovley community

Living here has been miserable when it comes to neighbors stomping around up to 2am. Or having to deal with annoying exhaust from a car being started at 4am every morning. I have not had one night of good sleep since I’ve moved in here. Definitely not renewing my lease. Worst place I’ve ever lived.

Move in 10/10 experience. We got our keys and gate access and we able to move in first thing in the morning. They were very responsive to maintenance needs and completed them all in one day. The front office and maintenance are very helpful
