Property Ratings at HIGHPOINT Lincoln Park on Fullerton
While the units of this building are decent, the overall maintenance of this building is abysmal. From overflowing garbage and broken bottles in a filthy garage, to a lobby, on any given day, with stained floors, beer bottles, and cans strewn about, this is a building suffering from systematic and woeful neglect. For the price point that the management is charging, and the prospective renters they are trying to attract, this is very frustrating. From the random AirBnB guests partying in various units to a disproportionate amount of college students doing what college students can be prone to do (smoke, drink, and party), this is a building that really needs more oversight and care. In short, this is a shockingly overpriced building, trying to capitalize on being on the fringe (Fullerton/Ashland) of Lincoln Park (and everything this area is suppose to symbolize), yet failing on all accounts. The best decision I ever made was to escape when my lease ended . Definitely not worth the price.
