Property Ratings at Highline at Kendall Yards
Terrible maintenance. Anything that they can’t fix they subcontract and it takes them - long to do it. Majority of the units are heated and cooled with mini splits. Mine were not working properly from day one and they ignored multiple requests to fix them. Essentially their maintenance came out to test if they were working and put his hand in front of the mini split and said “seems to be blowing warm air” and didn’t send someone for months. It’s back and forth all the time with these things. After 9 months, they are finally working. Multiple maintenance requests later and no cooling for half of July. In a whole section of Kendall yards (not even the oldest), Luxury living consists of black Amana appliances, coil stoves, and no granite countertops. The apartment was given to us dirty. We had to remove the filter from our dishwasher which was caked in food and soak it for days. We cleaned the dishwasher 2 times by hand before it was usable. I have lived in multiple cities and rented in high end apartments. These aren’t that. Good luck.
I lived in a 3rd floor studio for over a year, and it was my first apartment on my own. Absolutely beautiful apartment with an incredible kitchen and lots of light. The studio I was in was one door and a third of a wall away from being a one bedroom. I could walk downstairs and easily access a grocery store, tons of restaurants, a beautiful walking path, and some fun shops. Maintenance requests were handled quickly every time, and all my interactions with the management team felt personalized and efficient. If my job didn't require me to relocate, I would have happily stayed put for a very long time. If I have complaints, they're silly trivial things like a loud AC unit or trouble parking during the Wednesday night markets- not anything that I would let scare me off from living here. It felt like home, and I was heartbroken to have to leave.
The maintenance team is spot on! They arrive quickly and fix things when needed. The property managers are also on top of things as well.
