The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Highlands Tudor Manor - 55+ Community
Love the apartment but it has too many mice. I have caught 25 on my bed. They on my counter. They’re on my stove. They run around in the hallway plan. This is disgusting. I have to live like this. I complain. They seem like it’s OK to live like this, this is disgusting and nasty
I moved from the north side. I couldn't afford to live up north anymore. I never lived on the south side of Chicago before but I decided to call and get more information. I had a list of questions and the manager answered all of them. I forgot something so I called back. I didn't believe the ad but everything I saw in the ad matched up with the place. My apartment is small but it is perfect for me. I like it and I don't have plans to leave any time soon. My apartment was like new when I moved in. I was really surprised. The maintenance supervisor is busy but he smiles and says good morning all the time. Everybody so far is friendly and the place is quiet. I like quiet. The building is for older people so there's not a lot of noise in the building.
To begin with the building I am presently residing in is located in the south shore/Hyde park area which happens to be right near the lake within walking distance. However in my building the residents are very peaceful and very considerate and mindful of the other residents, in terms of the use of the laundry room and the community room where is cable T.V. for the residents in the building also the manager is very concerned about the safety and well being of all the residents. every so often the manager may has given the residents an out door barbecue along with bringing in someone from any health forum in order to introduce and inform the residents of certain resources for any particular need.
