The Highlands 32 Leasing Team, Caitlin in particular, has been extremely welcoming and down-to-earth throughout the whole move-in process, from touring the facilities to the point of moving in. The Highlands 32 facilities are modern and high-functioning, and there is a strong community feel present at the Highlands 32 residences.

I'm coming up on one year at HIghlands 32 and it's been a sweet dream. The location is amazing, as you're only 5-10 minutes (with traffic mind you) to downtown Denver. The neighborhood itself is so sweet, especially this time of year, as the farmer market picks back up. I'm so stocked to live here. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a more "neighborhood" feel yet still be walkable to Highlands/Downtown. It's truly a dream.

Located in the cutest little community, Highlands32 is a perfect quiet and cute complex. The staff is helpful and always available, the parking garage is indoors and heated, and I haven’t had any package theft or noise issues like I have in previous buildings! You also get a discount at the wine shop, cheese shop, florist, boutiques, and bakery located just below you!

Rob, Jordan, and Ben are all on top of their game. Out of every complex I've lived in so far, the H32 team does it best. Very professional, timely, and easy to work with.

I really enjoy living at Highlands 32! The apartments are nice and new and I particularly appreciate the in-unit laundry and covered garage parking. Noise insulation from neighbors is pretty good. The location is great with all the restaurants and shops along 32nd. Highlands 32 really shines when compared to other apartment complexes - a lot of other complexes I toured were on really busy roads (I-25, 38th, etc) and I like how relatively quiet this area is.

The location can't be beat! Honestly it's my favorite part about living here. I've been here for almost a year and a half and have almost no complaints. I love the gym and the rooftop. Management really tries to have fun events w/out being too overbearing. The gym has a decent amount of equipment and they keep the facilities/buildings clean.

Highlands32 has not disappointed yet. The amenities, location, and staff make Highlands32 feel like the perfect combination of homey and resort-like. The gym is never busy, there are never any noise issues, and the 5th floor deck allows for a spectacular view of Downtown Denver. Though it is a little more expensive than other apartment complexes in Denver, the cleanliness and location are unbeatable. 10/10 experience thus far.
