Refrig door on my new refrigerator I asked them to reset my door so it doesn’t fling open so far and hit the wall . Maintenance stated it was fine .

Dishwasher issue The problem was fixed quickly. Very professional job.

Lease renewal It was easy and painless.. I requested a paper printout to read before signing and had plenty of time to go through the lease.

A mouse issue I believe the issue is resolved. Traps are set. Brian and the pest control..company came by . Will keep an eye on things. Thank you

I am very impressed with my living arrangement at RENEW WORCESTER! I have lived here for almost two years now, having moved in as my first apartment on my own. The interior is very spacious with a large porch that stretches from the living room to the bedroom. The rent price is well within reason for the 1,000 sq. feet that is offered. I enjoy that the building is right off a main road (Highland Street), while also centrally located in a suburban environment. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for taking long walks! As a dog-person, I enjoy seeing all the different breeds in the building. They are very well-behaved and friendly to meet. And speaking of friendly, I am also impressed with the community. There have been several gatherings hosted by residents for a chance to get to know the neighbors on all floors! The property managers and supporting staff are accommodating for my everyday needs. Whenever a maintenance issue arises, I am able to submit a request and staff are available within 24 hours! Overall, I am very impressed with my time here at RENEW WORCESTER. The atmosphere is friendly, accommodating, and peaceful, the perfect place for me to call home!

Management much improved Management is much improved with Brian and Tom in the office. Kind and accommodating. Tom always patiently tried his best to meet tenants needs. Brian is attentive and even lends a hand in maintenance issues as happened recently in my apartment where a refrigerator had to be replaced. The new maintenance staff is friendly and always hard at work. Much improvement over previous management. Hoping for more community gatherings as happened on Valentine’s Day. Lynn

Everyone here is so nice, the place is huge which a double balcony instead of windows (some units have an additional window) and it’s the best pricing I’ve found for what you get. There’s no gym or anything crazy but all you pay electricity which is cheaper than I thought it would be. Close to everything in Worcester without having to be downtown

Need community room I have lived here for almost 15 years. Prior to the current owners, there was an always awaiting list of almost 3 years. The Difference is, wrenches were treated like family. There was a community room where we got together all winter. The halls were painted and covered with nice quality flooring. The paint was always done immediately but now the chips and scratches make this look like a much less desirable apartment building. Giving a little to the renters will help to raise desirability for new renters.

I enjoy being here because I am closer to my family. I've lived in Worcester my entire life. Solange is the new property manager here. She is a lovely woman and is very smart and very helpful on top of everything. I would love if the community room was back because of how much it brought people together. However I am looking forward to the warm weather and using the new set up to play bingo. Once winter is back, having a community room where we can all come together during the cold months would make this place that much better.

My experience has been very positive. I am very happy with Solange as the property manager. She is very helpful to all the people that live here, specially because they are not used to the new changes and new management. Solange has adjusted well under these circumstances.

I live in an semi elderly apartment building. The owner is very nice but once you are in and have signed the lease then it is all about the money. There are eight floors with apartments ranging from one bedroom to two bedrooms. The apartment I live in is a one bedroom with living room/dining room combo, the kitchen is outdated, the plumbing is a problem in the bathroom, the exhaust fan in the bathroom is loud and on the same circuit as the lights with no switch to control it. there is one outlet in the bathroom and the light switch has to be on for it to have power. We have a patio that runs from the living room to the bedroom and that is a plus. The maintenance people are very nice but are overextended with work and they have to be jacks of all trades. If you have alot of money then this is a great place. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept.
