Wonderful place to live very safe clean they are very attentive

I love this community because it is very quiet I never have to worry about loud neighbors, I feel very safe here! Also anytime something is wrong with my apartment I can easily put a maintenance request in and they come as soon as they can! The office staff is very easy to get in contact with as well. I recommend calling Christina in the office today for your new apartment home!

I’ve been living in highland terrace for a while now and I love the new look! There is a new property management and she is GREAT! Very well at communicating and always on top of things. Pest control comes regularly and maintenance is very responsive!

I've had maintenance items outstanding since November 2023. I do not have heat or air conditioning. They will not come in to fix things.

I'm am excited about the new changes and management that we now have. Jermeria has been extremely helpful in helping me with making online payments and now when my lease is up I'm going to renew and move to a renovated apartment. She is one of the managers we have ever had at Highland.

Such a beautiful place, and was very happy to feel comfortable with the management, they care about their people and their homes!

I just moved in about two months ago and i love how clean the property is upkept. The neighbors are friendly and so is the maintenance workers.

I’ve talked to many neighbors and read reviews that all feel the same way I do. This apartment is a hazard unit with mold ( they’ll just paint over it and call it a day) and cockroaches ( they call them water bugs and won’t do anything about it). I’ve had so many unsolved problems living here. The reviews on here are real when they say it’s a terrible place to live. I can’t get ahold of the office by phone and every time I go to the office, no one is there. Please listen to the reviews on this apartment. The 5 star ratings has to be staged because everyone I’ve talked to living here all feel the same.

Terrible place. Maintenance doesn’t actually fix anything, nor do they care for your concerns. The staff are all rude and the place is very sketchy. They will crowd you at your door and they are very aggressive. This is not a suitable place for anyone looking for peace or even high speed internet like in their description. There are also lots of thief’s stealing from cars. There is no parking and they will find reasons to have you towed. Do not lease here. Plenty of other places worth investing your time and money.

Nobody answers the phone. Landlord make the rules up on the fly. Then change them. There also a lot miscommunication and notice that are left on your door are vague and make no sense. Also I was lied to about parking and now I have park my vehicle in the neighborhood about 5 minutes since they’ll tow it. This really terrible place. I recommend talking to current tenants before signing a lease.

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT MOVE HERE! They NEVER answer the phone. There are BUGS. However, they do come and spray every 3 months. But you HAVE to have all surfaces cleaned or you will PAY A FEE. There is NO WHERE TO PARK. You are only allowed 1 parking pass per apartment. YOU WILL GET TOWED. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. If you think your getting this apartment you are not! Every is falling apart in the updated apartments floors, walls, and bathroom. Anything that was replaced is not properly fixed. THEY DO NOT ANSWER PHONES. They are horrible about getting back to you. They won’t ever give you a call back.

Awful place to live. You only get one to park, even with multiple bed and people on the lease. If you don’t have a pass you will get towed. They never answer their calls, and are no help with anything. Everything falling apart.. even with the remolded apartments. Everything else is not up to date nor is it safe. Worst place to ever live.

If I could I would give this place 0 stars. They are awful. I’ve been having problems before I moved in. They “accidentally” forgot our first agreed upon move in date. (Apartment wasn’t ready until 2 weeks after and 15 minutes before I picked up my keys..) I was told the day I moved in that I would be receive new blinds because they were all broken but they were on back order. I was told that they will be getting rid of the cabinets above my fridge, because the fridge does not fit. I moved in April 28, 2022 and still have not received the blinds nor have my cabinets been replaced. About a week after I got moved in. I went without my stove for 2 days because they didn’t turn on the gas to it. My first day I started receiving notices from the water company that they were going to shut it if, because of payments that weren’t paid in March 2021 a year prior to me moving in. Not only did I have to deal with that but my back porch stairs were broken. They finally fixed it about a month or two from me moving in. However, they did a terrible job. They are breaking and nails are coming out of the boards. They never properly did my floor boards and they are now coming up in all rooms. They previously had to come fix the bathroom floors because whoever put them down did not properly do the adhesive. They also did not fasten the toilet to the Floor. And there was mold underneath the old floor boards that was causing me to be sick for months. After that the ceiling above my fridge and washer started leaking.. I put in 3 request and they were “accidentally” completed out. After the man came to look at it he told me he was going to check with the people upstairs (they moved out) and he never came back. It has been a month of “airing out” and they have not fixed it. Even with me putting a request in. They are also terrible at answering phones. They have never answered one call of mine. I actually caught a lady listening to my voice mail and ignoring my call. I was getting threats for eviction because I paid my rent 10/31 before it was due on the 11/01. But they did not put their fee on it until 11/4 5 days after rent is due.. which was only $12. I even had credit in my account and paid it. Now they will not allow 2 cars on the lease. Only 1 per unit. I was told when I moved in I can have multiple cars, there were and is 3 adults on my lease. With 3 cars. I was told I can park anywhere. Now they decided to not allow more than 1 car per unit. Which is not in the lease.
