I love living in our community! I like management, great areas, but my upstairs neighbors are real elephants, we can hear their every step, every action, their bed, everything… We don't know if it's a sound insulation problem or if we're just so "lucky". Anyway I would recommend our community to my friends.
My experience moving into Highland Ridge was without flaw. Everything went smoothly, I am very happy with my decision to move here. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a cheaper alternative in the Charlotte outskirts
This is a great community and I have enjoyed living here. However, there have been some changes since the property was sold. The jury is still out but I still like the quietness of the community.
I have been living at highland ridge since it opened and I love it here. There was a recent change in management so I’m interested to see how things change, I will say that they answered my maintenance request swiftly. I do hope we get valet trash loll
wendy & staff definitely helped with calling highland ridge home. moving can be tough, but the team helped ease all troubles to make it seamless. great community!
I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The apartments are well maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. The location is close to shopping and transportation. I highly recommend Highland ridge for your next apartment home.
This is the most beautiful complex I’ve ever seen. So grateful that God led me here! The clubhouse is well decorated and put together. The staffing is exceptionally nice and accommodating. I love the gym and love how it’s accessible to us.
Being a resident in Highland Creek Ridge Apartments has by far been the best experience. I'm so happy I have this community to call home. Everything and everyone has been exceptional from the time I signed my lease The staff in our rental office go above and beyond for all of us.

We love it here.. Have been staying here for 5 months, no complains as of now. The community is wonderful, so are the people. The maintenance of the property, cleanliness, has been top notch. The inside of the apartments is beautifully planned too. Would highly recommend Highland Ridge to people looking for a change. Visit, take a look around, talk to the leasing office, rent one apartment , start staying you will love every bit of it.
I am coming up on 1 year living at Highland Ridge. My experience has been so positive that when my lease came up for renewal I did not hesitate. I renewed for another year. I love my apartment home. I have not had any issues with neighbors/noise. When I submit a maintenance request, it’s handled right away. I enjoy the events hosted by the staff and I am always impressed with their friendliness. A great place to call home.
so far everything has been great. the apartments are well constructed and don't here residual noise from neighbors, the pool area is beautiful, as well as how nice the grounds are kept!

Great and easy move in. Great amenities for pet lovers. Pool and gym are very nice and staff is very friendly. Definitely need to in force pet clean up policy more but everything is still very clean overall.

Love it here and just renewed for a second lease! They do well at keeping the community clean, as well as the amenities! Very friendly staff, always smiling and open to answer any questions no matter how dumb (and I have a lot of dumb ones) they are always willing to help and take action. I took a point a way because we don’t have valet trash and I feel like all Charlotte apartments do so that a bit annoying but obviously not a deal breaker since I renewed! Apartment is in great shape, I haven’t had any maintenance issues, one day I thought I forgot to turn my stove off and gave a call to the emergency hotline for after hours and they were friendly and went and checked for me. Pool now closes at 8pm; I wish it would close at 10 but I guess something must’ve happened for that to be the case.
This place is amazing! The amenities and the location are it! Although it’s right beside the highway, you’ll get used to it. The staff here are amazing!

I love living at HR, I have been living there for almost 2 years, since they opened up. The neighborhood has grown a lot but HR still keeps everything up to date and the staff is top tier. I’ve already signed another lease.

The staff is so helpful and friendly when I go to the office. They listen. I like the space on the property and I have a great view from my balcony. The highway traffic really doesn’t bother me as much as I thought it would.

I love it, here. I heard about this place back in the fall of last year, and I finally got to move in a few weeks ago. The place and the people have matched if not surpassed my expectations. The staff is lovely; they are always here, ready to help and answer questions. They are very welcoming and never make you feel like you're bothering them. The unit is well-constructed and so spacious. I absolutely love the storage. My dogs and I take advantage of the dog park every day. They love being able to run free outside. It is well-maintained as well. In short, I'm so happy to be a Highland Ridge resident. It is, honestly, one of the best complexes I have lived in (and I have lived in seven apartments so far), and I credit that largely to the staff. They care and that makes a tremendous difference.
