Property Ratings at Highland Park
Ever since I moved into Highland Park in Wellesley off of Rt. 9, I only have great things to say about this place. 1st, when I moved in, I was worried about living off of Rt. 9, thinking I would be hearing cars speeding by all night. I was completely wrong. At night I do not hear anything as the walls and windows are super sound proof. Next, the parking situation. I was worried in the beginning but as I got assigned a parking spot by the manager of the building Dominic, it has never been an issue. I go to work come back and my spot is always there waiting for me. The units are absolutely beautiful and brand new with great appliances and even a great washer and dryer. In my unit I have an intercom system display so I can talk to someone if they ring the doorbell down at the main entrance requesting to talk to my unit. This building is very secure as myself being a single woman, you need a fob just to enter the staircases or even the main entrance. The cameras in the parking garage and hallways really make me feel super safe at night especially me coming back from work some nights after 11pm. Overall I really recommend this building if you are looking for a place to live due to the quality and security of the building.
