Love this place! Would live here any day!!!! Staff is amazing and love the company. Sam, Lacey, and Jack are amazing! All my work orders are done in a timely manner.

Do not move here. The management is extremely unprofessional and unorganized. No one is ever in the office during business hours nor do they ever pick up the phone or return emails about serious issues. Also, they are constantly having issues with the water and shutting it off and turning it back. “it’s newly renovated” But all they did was slap paint on everything. We were very glad when our lease went up to get the hell out of this place!!

Communication is horrible, I have been trying to resign my lease and I was told I needed to sign it within days but still can’t get them to even send it to me! But best believe when next month comes they will charge me for fee for not signing something I never got! This new management company needs to get it together!!

Living at highland park apartments has been a dream, staff is great always there when you need them very kind and courteous. Maintenance is always on time when you call would not trade them al all..

Highland Park really is a great place to live. The office staff are always friendly and helpful, and the maintenance staff are great as well. I’ve literally only had two maintenance issues and they’ve both been handled very quickly!

I've been living here for about 6 months. I have a 1 bedroom. There is plenty of space and the layout is great. I like the designated space for a dining room. I can fit a 4 person table easily. The kitchen has enough space for 2 people to operate, though a little snug. The living area is open and allows for all sorts of layouts. The bedroom is also a good size with a 3 sliding door closet. The appliances are tucked away between the bedroom and living room. The entry way has tile and a coat closet for coats and shoes. The office staff is friendly and maintenance is quick and thorough. If you have a concern, they will address it. Otherwise, they stay out of your hair. The complex as a whole is fairly quiet. Everyone generally stays to themselves. There is a good mixture of families and single people as well as those with pets and those without. The most noise I hear is when people come and go on the stairs and using the front doors. The only other noise is when someone turns on the shower. Some reason that sound travels very well. The appliances are a little older but are in good condition. The neighborhood has a wide variety of shopping be it groceries or merchandise. There are plenty of restaurants, local and chain, and quite a few that deliver to the complex. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get downtown depending on traffic.
