Located in the upscale Highland Park in the Eastside section of Pittsburgh, near hospitals and universities, each apartment is renovated, sunny, and spacious. There are closets galore, and the apartment comes with an additional private storage room. The bus stops at our gate. Garage parking is available. This is the special home you’ve been searching for. Credit and Background: 700 or above credit score. Applicants with a lower credit score due to lack of history may be considered with a higher deposit. No criminal background. For couples or roommates, both applicants must pass the credit and background check.

The dominant feature of Pittsburgh’s Highland Park neighborhood is that namesake park itself, a massive public greenspace that almost completely encircles the residential portion of the community. Residents enjoy an environment filled with playgrounds, sports facilities, gardens, footpaths, bike trails, scenic waterfront views, and the Pittsburgh Zoo and Aquarium.
The residential section of the neighborhood is full of historic homes and buildings, with some of the finest architecture clustered around the Historic District on the southwest side. Property Ratings at Highland Park Club Apartments
My wife and I spent 2 years with HPCA and would’ve stayed longer if we didn’t purchase a home. The apartments are beautiful and very fairly priced. Utilities included is a great peace of mind. The staff is very friendly, responsive, and overall wonderful. Any time anything needed repairing they were very prompt. The neighbors are all friendly and great to be around. We never had any issues with late night noises, partying, or anything like that. Grounds and amenities are beautifully maintained. We especially liked the pool, BBQs, gym, and the secured package room. Two bus stops on the 71a line make commuting into Oakland/Downtown a breeze. Quiet neighborhood, but still close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Seriously amazing value and great staff – what more could you ask for!
This is a great apartment with an affordable price. The amenities within the complex are wonderful! It's very pet friendly and management takes extreme pride in the presentation of the complex. There is a pool, gym, garden, dog park, gazebo, and a ton of space to walk around within the complex. The neighborhood is friendly and safe!
