Property Ratings at Highland Park
The worst place I have ever lived. I have asked for repairs for over 8 months and nothing has been repaired. My dish washer started catching on fire, now it's all burned, melted and black inside. They promised me a new one over 6 months ago and I'm still waiting. The heat on the lower level stopped working over 2 months ago. It was really cold. I have a 2 year old and mentioned that to them but they don't care. My stove and oven haven't been working since November of 2021. I was promised a new stove because they weren't able to fix it. It has been over 5 months and I'm still waiting. They promised to repair and fix things but never do. I keep calling, sending emails, leaving messages and showing up in the office but nothing has been done. I have lived here for about 5 years, I pay my rent on time and this is the way they treat there tenants.
