I been here since October 2018 this complex is what I call home. The maintenance Kenneth is awesome my work orders get handled right away..I been here when the gate was working to open & close. Ms. Sharon and Ms. Maggie was an awesome team in that office. The courtesy officer-officer Clemons don’t play she get straight to the problem and handle it…They kept this property up there is not one time I couldn’t address any situation and it didn’t get handled. They actually had a heart and cared about residents as I seen and know.. The new ladies in the office I met is nice too..since the gate hasn’t been working I had never had a break in or my car broken into or none of that. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. This is a great place to stay.

My three bedroom and two bathroom unit is very spacious and wide. Love my walk in closet. Master bedroom is very nice. Nice and quiet place to live.

I am still enjoying my apartment but some of the residents let their dogs poop on the grass without picking it up. This morning when I was leaving for work someone let their dog poop right there close to the sidewalk by my truck. I almost stepped in it.
The Pointe is an excellent place to live.have all the features of a home.
From location to size from staff to neighborly, everything is a plus here
The environment is very quiet and amazing. I love the peace. The management is very professional, sweet, and understanding. One call thats all even for maintenance. I absolutely enjoy it here. This was a great move!

I’ve been at the Complex for 6 years now. I love the staff and Maintenance team. They have always been kind and friendly. My work order requests are handled in a timely manner. I love it here.

The apartments are very nice. Ms Sharon and Ms Maggie are very sweet. Maintenance men are very nice and respectful. I have issues with the complex because we are a gated community and the gate has never worked and I been staying here since April 2020. But rent keeps going up. Roads are horrible. But rent keeps going up! A man with a huge gun came from behind my building while me and my children were walking to our car from our apartment but rent is still going up. I have mold in my apartment, my rent wasn’t cut in half or I wasn’t moved out. I have pictures to prove it. I was told to call the renters insurance people to make a claim so I can be reimbursed for my property but finding out it’s denied so no one wants to replace my property or take off my rent. But yet again, rent still went up. We can’t barbecue or stuff like that outside but rent still goes up. Honestly, what are we getting while we are paying all of this money. Pool hours are horrible. When it rain it floods. But again rent is still going up. No updates on anything in our apartments but rent is STILL GOING UP!

Our team is waiting on an outside source to fix the gate, and the kitchen grill is in the making. It's been a Beautiful experience. The management and maintenance team goes above and beyond to make sure we have a very clean and safe environment. The manager Ms. Sampson is always visible on site and she tries to address any concerns as needed.

I love staying at Highland Park Apartments, it is quiet and peaceful and the neighbors are very nice and helpful. The management is very respectful and treat the tenants with dignity and respect. The maintance is very good and always try very hard to solve issues.
