Yes, my heart and mind has always look for places where the spirit is pleasant for long term residency. This is a haven in the mist of a fantastic community. I have been here for over 10 years. I found Joseph as a manager to be all that I could ever imagine. Joseph responds to any concerns promptly and awesome professionalism. Additionaly the performance of the maintaince crew Rodriguez has always been timely and complete with no additional work needed. They are Simply amazing and you will hear the same response from all who reside here. I am getting older but feel my neighbors and their children have the same respect. I watched many of them grow up and appreciate the time and energy given to them by their parents. They all seem to have my best interest at heart. I ride my bike at night in this gated community property and get a friendly hello or a kindly smile from the walkers and little ones doing their own health regime at the same time. The property is clean and tidy and we all do whatever we can to keep it that way. No complaints in over 10 years and I can’t imagine anything forthcoming in the future. God Bless. Dorthea K.

I lived at Highland Downs for just over a year (recently relocated for work) and haven’t been able to find the same mix of reasonably priced upgraded apartments with kind and available leasing staff. Joseph in the leasing office was amazing at responding to any questions, maintenance was always timely, there were never any cleanliness issues. While I lived there they fumigated (preventative not reactive) and reimbursed for hotels at a reasonable rate. They also upgraded the doors and windows with ample notice - it was great that they didn’t wait for you to move out to make the apartment better, and they made sure it was convenient. Getting a garage is so incredibly helpful and I think I only had trouble parking twice in the little more than a year I lived there. When I had guests visit or stay, there was never a problem finding parking! Residents were friendly, although not very active. The pool isn’t much to write home about, but I did enjoy the hot tub. Plus you’re right around the corner from the civic center if you want better pool access! Overall, I’d move back in a heartbeat!

I've been living here for almost a year, the min I view the apt I knew this was the one. I'm a very picky and clean person, so cleaniness is huge for me. The units are nice and clean. Spacious, laminate flooring and stainless steel appliance. The management team and maintenance are extremely respectful and attentive to your needs. If you need something anything regarding the unit, it is addressed in a timely manner. The property manager responds efficiently. I never have to wonder if anyone will respond to my question it is address immediately. Overall I'm very satisfied with living here, neighbors are peaceful and friendly. Everyone here has been very pleasant to live with. I plan to live here for a while..
