I moved here a few months ago, it was nice as the office lady was able to answer all my questions and the maintenance guy has been extremely friendly and helpful. I think it’s been a. Good choice and would recommend it if asked!

bad place

place stinks with old food and garbage (not cleaned) and now skunk....neighbors large dogs barking all day and night and at my kids!! nothing is done. STEER CLEAR

Not a good place to live

We had the cops called on our neighbors at 3 am for fighting, neighbors are always loud and making noise and the management does absolutely nothing about it. So loud i had to move out in which i have to pay a large sum to do so. Cant sleep and zero peace.

Unsafe, poor management

They don't maintain their property (stuff falling off around complex...) And they for sure won't maintain your apartment. No matter how many times you ask. Not gonna renew our lease. Big mistake living here

From homeless to happy

Moving isn't usually a pleasant experience. However, the staff here made our moving day a piece of cake. Not only is the pool amazing, there's a fitness center, laundry room, and a tanning bed. What could be more convenient than free access to a tanning bed, ladies? The community is very child and pet friendly. We enjoy taking our dog on walks around the complex as well as having cookouts at various locations around the area with the grills and picnic tables provided. The complex also offers a fun playground for children and tennis/basket all court. Choose from a remodeled or a standard apartment with tons of space and room to grow. High Point East Isn't just an apartment complex to us, it's home.
