Property Ratings at High Point Commons Apartments
The staff at the leasing office and the maintenance crew are always going above and beyond to make things easier for my partner and I at High Point Commons. Jeffrey and Hannah in particular are so accommodating even when I bug them every week for parking passes for guests, and have been so kind even though I’m approaching them during their work day. The staff at High Point Commons really make it the place that it is, and do all the heavy lifting that a landlord could never do.

Just had the annual dryer vent cleaning. The maintenance guys were polite, friendly, and did great work.
I have lived with HPC for almost one year and three months now and I love it here! Everyone at the leasing office are warm and friendly, and eager to help you! The maintenance staff also do a great job at taking care of your requests and addressing them promptly.

I am looking to move to the area and the High Point Commons staff was very helpful! Hanna answered all of my questions and was very friendly. Seems to be a large focus on community and lots of green space.
I love living in High Point Commons! The area is a great location, quiet, access to many stores and close to the west towne mall. They host fun resident events and I feel very safe here. Check them out!

Cozy and beautiful. Love the blend of pet friendly options for my puppy. The apartments are beautiful and so is the team. The office staff and maintenance are so friendly and are helpful with anything!
We love the landscaping here and walking our dog around the community! The trees and plants are beautiful and we love the updates they’ve made.

Ed provided excellent service in solving our maintenance issues in the apartment. There is no problem too small that he won't give his full attention and effort to solve. I feel that I can rely and trust the maintenance team for any issue.
High Point Commons is a beautiful property and the management is constantly working on new projects to make the apartments more appealing and comfortable.
The management was great and very helpful whenever there was a repair that needed to be done. They were very timely in their responses. The management was easy to work with when we needed to move out before the end of our lease due to a job change. The apartments are nice and well kept and the community is quiet. I highly recommend High Point Commons.
Very well-managed and maintained property. Rents are reasonable given the quality and size of the apartments, amenities, and extremely walkable location (near multiple restaurants, a liquor store, and 24-hour Walgreens and gas station). Everyone on the maintenance staff we've interacted with (shout out to Ed) has been amazing, and any issues have been quickly taken care of.
We were looking for a more affordable place to live without it being in a sketchy area or run-down building. This place was absolutely perfect for us in that regard. You get a lot of space for the price you pay (relative to the rest of Madison). You're super close by to all sorts of grocery stores, the theater is basically across the street, and a cafe with excellent coffee and food (Helbachs) is just around the corner. Most of the nearest restaurants are chains but other delightful places are just further down the road. Also an incredibly large Prinston Club is just down the street and you're only a block away from the ramp for the belt-line. While we were there for 2 years, management was timely on addressing maintenance request and also added more dog-poop stations and incorporated a poop-prints program that held dog owners accountable for cleaning up their pets waste (including our dog). Parking can get a little crowded at night but we never had to resort to parking on the street. Also, some people have a HARD time finding specific addresses because some of the building addresses are small and often obscured. Never had issues with mail and package deliveries but often had to point out places for people who were delivering food or visiting friends and family.
Great place to live. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance is great. If any any concerns or problems, they would be there within 24 hours or less, addressing the issue. I would highly recommended living there
High Point Commons was a great place to live. Maintenance fixed problems on a timely basis, office staff were always nice and understanding. If I didn't have to move for work I would still be living here!
Beautify landscaped. Very close to everything you need. Pet friendly. Under new management and they are working hard to improve the property.
