Hidden Creek

I’ve found the staff to be amazingly helpful and courteous. The grounds are well cared for and maintained. I am looking forward to pool season and utilizing more of the amenities we have at our disposal!

Fantastic place to call home. Wonderful neighbors. Quiet. Lots of green space for the kids to play. Safe and friendly! Maintenance is quick and convenient when any issue has arisen. Extremely happy with our choice to live here!

I will be approaching 2 years living here and it has been wonderful! It has been a great community and I love being able to walk outside here. I am looking forward to the pool opening. The staff is also great!

It’s been mostly great! I would say maybe my only slight issue is sometimes there is no parking in front of the building. Also when we had to resubmit are renters insurance that was frustrating, cause it didn’t seem to work. Other then that no complaints. Thank You

Really great community! The staff is amazing! They are fun, kind and want to make your experience amazing! Had a couple small issues and Ryan fixed them so quickly and thoroughly!

I reached out for some service, and they showed up right at my door the very next day! Everyone was so warm and friendly, which made the experience even better.

We recently moved in! The community has been so welcoming. Staff has gone above and beyond to meet and exceed any expectations I had. The apartment is lovely, comfortable, and very much home! You'll love it here!

Move in was handled efficiently and without delay. Office staff were helpful and easy to work with. Neighbors seem to be quiet and outside noise isn’t much of an issue.

I have had ice inside my window in the winter for several years. After many requests it is finally being replace, two years later. I went back and forth with the office staff many times on this before getting a resolution.

Overall, I've had a very positive experience at Hidden Creek Apartments! The staff is friendly and always quick to help with any issues and the pool and gym have been a great bonus!

It's not bad. It's definitely overpriced but everything right now is over priced. The ammendities are decent and we're recently upgraded so thats nice. Maintenance request are done relatively quickly, and grounds maintenance is done regularly

Living here has been wonderful! The staff is very attentive and helpful. I love the location as it’s close to so many things in the area. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained.

Great community, quiet, love the community events! Everyone is very helpful and maintenance team is very quick and efficient! Recently the snow removal people have been very efficient as well glad to see roads cleared

I have called Hidden Creek Apartments my home for many, many years, and hope to continue doing so for many more years. The management team "and" the maintenance team do a great job in taking care of any questions or maintenance requests that I have. They are also friendly and very professional and continue to make this apartment community a clean and quiet environment. In addition, they provide various fun activities for tenants to enjoy throughout the year such as: food trucks, breakfast-on-the-go, etc.

Very friendly and helpful. Office could not be nicer. The unit itself was spotless and the few issues were attended to as if I was the job number 1 for the day.

So far my experience has been great! Everyone is very friendly that I’ve met! It’s a very nice and quiet place to walk my dogs around the neighborhood.

Good place to live, quiet and nice. A lot of Parking and a great gym that they just built. During the winter they make sure to shovel the side walks as much as they can.

I had the best experience I had been looking for awhile and hiddencreek was the most accurate to the websight. Everything was laid out and staff has been so great!

The complex is quiet and calm environment with a variety of ages ( young adults, young families, couples, elderly individuals). The maintenance staff lead by Ryan are wonderful, kind, and efficient. The management staff is lacking due to constant change over and poor communication.

Hidden creek is a nice community that is taken care for the most part,it has a few nice amenities and the neighbors are great and it's quiet. But the price is still too much to be worth 5 stars

I have no complaints about living at Hidden Creek! The neighborhood is clean, quiet and friendly, and the pool has been a life saver during this heat wave!

We have had a positive experience overall living at Hidden Creek Apartments. They do a great job maintaining the grounds and the buildings when you have a service request. Also, the community is fairly safe and friendly, We have had just a couple of interactions with other neighbors that weren't fully positive, but they were able to be taken care of quickly. Great place to live if you are a young person right out of college!

We love it here! Will never leave!!! Things are fixed quickly! The maintenance team is AMAZING! The pool is great…always super clean! So many positive things here!!!!

Office staff is quick to respond. The maintenance team resolves issues quickly. Recent upgrades to the exercise room have been a nice improvement.

rent could be lower, in fact its the main con. The insulation is ok but expect the AC bill to be high. Everything else is pretty good, I would recommend it to most people

Hidden Creek is hands down one of the best apartment communities in Grand Rapids. From the location, to the engaging community events, to the genuine and supportive leasing team, every day I think about how grateful I am to live here!

I've lived in a lot of different apartments in multiple states - but Hidden Creek stands out in that I feel like the staff actually care about me. Alexis in the office and Ryan (the maintenance coordinator) in particular. I have had wonderful experiences with both. Ryan is always so helpful and manages service requests in a timely manner. I had a mouse in my basement and he came by to check the mouse traps he laid every single day while I was at work. In the morning as I am leaving for work, I often will see him about the complex and waving hello as I drive by. It just feels different than any other place I've lived.

Move in has been great! Staff are helpful and the quality of the apartment is better than expected. The amenities are clean and well cared for.

The pros: The walls of the apartments are thick so you can't hear everyone else who lives here, which is nice to enjoy the quiet. Repair requests are filled quickly Maintenance of the community is done regularly Small community events are hosted by the office. Cons: The price Maintenance can be excessive, they are definitely putting the money to use, but there is a lot of construction going on in the community and it can be disruptive.

The community communicates effectively and the property is always clean and neat. The reminders and notifications through email is a great way to notify residents of new changes.

Very helpful staff and maintenance crew. The apartment grounds are very well maintained. No issues with loud noises. Perfect place to stay if you’re a student!

Clean lawn and living space - a great, quiet area to live! Very pet friendly, and close/convenient to Grand Rapids area. The staff were very friendly as well with the move in process.

The Hidden Creek Apartment community is a really wonderful place to live!! After living here for over 15 years, we continue to be very happy with how the office staff "and" the maintenance staff do everything they can to be sure that any questions, concerns or maintenance requests that we have are handled quickly and in a professional manner. In addition, the office staff and the maintenance staff are always friendly. Also, there are various fun activities and events for residents to attend and enjoy throughout the year!!

Love my townhouse! Everything about this experience has been great! Looking forward to warm weather and using the gorgeous pool and outdoor area!

My windows don't seal properly and I had ice on the inside the last 2 winters. I was told there is nothing they can do. My heating bill is very high because of this.

This is a lovely place to live. Maintenance is timely and effective. It’s clean and feels safe and honestly wonderful in every way! An amazing home and a great community.
