I recently moved in a few days ago. The property manager Ashley was very professional, delightful, and made the whole process an experience.
This is a great rental property the management team gets the job done, and are very thorough when it comes down to handling business.
My rental process has been very easy! They have went out of their way to help me out with the process as well! Very kind people working here! I’m super excited and happy to be a part of this community!

Ashley gave me a great tour of a 1-bedroom at Hickory Pointe. She was professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions. The apartment was clean and spacious—highly recommend touring with her! I’ll be applying soon.
I am very pleased with the service of Hickory Pointe Apartments. They are very well put together and Star is an amazing help. I couldn’t have picked a better place.
Poor management, they don’t give you a lot of details after they charged you extra. It’s quiet depending on who they put you by.
My Apartment its a quiet area nothing major just wish that they would respond to maintence need i've complained about big ants in the apt that have crawled on me numerous of time and i have yet to see someone come over and spray other than that i haven't had any other issues.
