The manager is nice as well as the staff, the apartment are well maintenance and the decor is modern but not too overbearing
I love living in here!!! They have the best floor plans and all the staff are amazing!!! The apartments are very clean and very spacious, I recommend living in here!!!
The Estates at San Antonio has very nice town home apartments. The apartments are very big and spacious and it is very nice to have a two floor town home where you have the common space downstairs and rooms upstairs. Staff is very helpful and friendly, maintenance tries to get over to your apartment when there is a problem as soon as they can at working hours. I really recommend it here to anyone who is looking for a place to live.
staff is very friendly and the apartments itself are big and spacious. i’ve lived here for a semester and it’s been great. any problem we’ve had has been fixed by maintenance. the rooms on the four bedroom apartments are very comfortable to live in, they’re big, and have very nice closet space. there’s been some inspections done to ensure everything goes well. i definitely recommend this place to live in, especially if you’re a student at utsa !!
I have lived here one semester and I love this place. The apartment is very big, all my neighbors are friendly, and maintenance does a good job. There is also a shuttle that takes me to school which is a nice addition. I recommend if you are going to UTSA this is a nice and fun place to live.
Very nice townhomes. Very spacious rooms and kitchen. It has a downstairs restroom great for visitors. Management responds quickly to any requests It is worth the price.
