I have lived here for two years now and the amenities, location and the building are worth the money. The added value is being able to interact with the staff, who are always professional, remember your name and are always willing to assist. Hands down the best place I've lived in 6 states.
I recently transferred units at the Hermitage Apartments. The staff was very friendly and made this process a breeze. I love where I live. The pool and amenities are top notch. There are always community events within the apartment such as wine nights, dog nights, and movie nights ect. I am very happy I resigned here. Thanks, Barry !
Building has mold issue and flooding damage. Worst decision to ever live here

Dear Anonymous, We appreciate any review/ feedback, and we are sorry to hear about your living experience at The Hermitage. We are looking through our records and do not see any requests for mold/ water damage. We are unable to contact you directly, so please reach out at your earliest convenience to discuss the potential concerns. We will say though, as this is a majority concrete building with wooden style or concrete flooring, the chance of mold is extremely low, but we will of course investigate any matter of concern to ensure it's taken care of. I've now lived here for 7 months; my first return to apartment living in years. I absolutely love it. My unit is spacious and modern; any repair needs (which are few) are handled immediately with a smile. The place is well laid out with indoor and outdoor spaces (e.g. courtyard, cloud business center, library) you can head to relax or work. The rooftop pool (huge), lounges, pool table, ping pong table, grills, bar seating, and other games is like a playground. The guest suites make it easy for your friends to come and visit with a space of their own. Party room and kitchen if you're looking to host an extravaganza! Dog spa for easy cleaning! The best part? The staff! They could not be more accommodating and they run wonderful events and offerings on a regular basis (e.g., farmers market, wine tastings, movies, yoga & pilates, pool deck parties, and more.) Valet trash, parking garage, bike storage, storage areas ... what more could you want? The people who live here are awesome as well and there's always a good conversation on an elevator ride. I highly recommend the Hermitage!
The Hermitage is a well-appointed, well-run apartment building. We have lived at the Hermitage for 9 months now and have enjoyed our time here. The building is a fantastic location right in between the Edge district and downtown. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, stores and even a Publix close by. The building is well maintained, and the amenities are top notch, from the roof top pool and gym to the Kitchen, Library and Office area. The building is well constructed and quiet, with almost a zen like feel. The staff at the front desk are friendly and extremely helpful. Special call-out to Monika who showed us the apartments when we were first looking and has been there for anything we need since. We looked at 5 other buildings in the area but once we stepped into the Hermitage we knew it was the right choice for us.
I have lived in "luxury" apt homes all over the U.S, this one is by far the absolute best. Some places boast luxury but that's just the initial vibe they try to put out. Here at The Hermitage, you get ALL the feels. Right when you walk in everything looks and smells amazing (modern meets creative art feel). The staff is very accommodating and inviting, they are not only pleasant but actually take care of the residence, every shared room and building overall is constantly being cleaned and everything always looks on point. If you work remotely this place is definitely for you and one of the main reasons I chose it out of the entire state - There are multiple rooms to work in so the scenery can change and they all motivate you to focus on work. My favorite is the Roof Deck where there is an incredible infinity pool right outside of the gym! Not to mention the multiple cabanas, billiard room, Library, luxury kitchen, poker room, ect... Talk about being able to get things done in a great environment - You can get work done by the pool, have a great workout at the gym, and maybe enjoy a book while you wait for the food to finish on the grill...All on the same floor. They also have fun events where we can all meet up and get to know the neighbors along with great Artists. The best part is just across the street is Publix... This place really does have everything you could need plus a bunch that you would want. For all the Northerners, the neighborhood is like Hoboken but a much much better vibe. Everything conveniently located right around the block - so many places to eat, drink, party, relax...ALL THE FEELS. Take a walk down central ave, enjoy the neighborhood, then be able to walk back to a luxury apartment home...Yes Please.

Everything about the Hermitage is spectacular and the amenities are the best in St. Pete, it is truly a work of Art. I am the envy of all of my friends! Everyone is always asking to come over to use the pool and I can walk to work and anywhere I’d want to go. I am so lucky to be able to live in such an amazing place with a great staff to take care of all of my needs!
I can send out laundry, work out, wash my dog, store my bicycle, play pool, through a few darts, have card night, or just chill in the library and never leave the building. I just love it here and can't imagine going anywhere else. Not only is the building equipped with so much, but the staff is amazing. They are just as warm and inviting as the building. There's no place like home, here at the Hermitage
We have found that the Hermitage is going through some major growing, operational and opening pains, The building is experiencing all kinds of elevator problems, the business center is not 100% functional, the parking garage is still not secure, there are constant policy changes which are extremely drastic from what was said during the pre-sales consultation, the management is slow to respond to issues requested of them and fees for amenities are different than originally quoted, all is extremely frustrating!
