The small city of Barberton is a suburban community located just southwest of Downtown Akron. Nicknamed “The Magic City,” Barberton is well known for its preserved historic architecture, particularly the many French Renaissance Revival-style structures built by the town’s namesake, O.C. Barber, in the early 20th century.
While primarily a residential community serving large numbers of Akron-area commuters, the city features a large and diverse selection of shopping and dining options clustered at the center of town around Lake Anna. Lake Anna Park serves as a gorgeous common area for locals, best known for the magnificent cherry blossoms that come into bloom every spring -- the Cherry Blossom Festival in May is one of the city’s longest-running and best-loved community events.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Heritage Place
Place is clean and smells nicer then most in Barberton. I lived here few years ago and recently moved back in. good changes were made. Manager is nice and fixing guy id helpful when I moved in. Great place to live.
I have lived here for 2 years now and am planning on moving. This place has mold issues, water damages, holes in ceilings and many many other issues. The excuse is there is not enough money in the "Budget"..hahahaha. They make a killing off of what they charge for rent here. Oh yeah, the buzzer for our units dont work, so how do we let people in downstairs..have not worked for 2 months now !! They put up a security camera BUT it is not hooked up !! This place is a disgrace.!!
thisis my first apartment i love itcause it is with in walking distance of every thing my girlfriend and i are expecting ou r first child
