Property Ratings at Heritage Place Apartment Homes
after being on waitlist, paying app fee, and losing deposit, and viewing floor plans on internet, I thought that I had found a nice apartment. But after finally viewing the inside, it was too small, and the bathrooms were not conveniently located for me, and no dining area. Maybe good for just one person. I really feel that this could have been explained up front. Overall like I said, would be good for probably one person with not a lot of furniture.

Thank you for your review. Our property does appeal to some people to whom the space is not as important as the location and neighborhood atmosphere. I'm sorry that floorplan was not better communicated to you when you applied. We will try to improve in that area.
The area is private and very quiet. There are only 36 units, therefore, you are not on top of your neighbor. The staff is so nice and helpful!! I've rented a lot of places but this is the best...I'm not leaving. The residents here stay, at least the ones I've met...12 yrs,, 20 yrs., 35 yrs. The carpeting, countertops, etc. are not first quality, but for the price...what do you expect. I love this place!!

Thank you so much for the review of our apartment community. It may be small but we strive to give excellent service. We do screen our tenants, which also makes for very nice neighbors!
seems to be a nice place to live, no one available on the weekend to let you see in side or take applications.
