Rising out of the prairies and cornfields of the heartland, Omaha serves as a cultural wellspring and economic powerhouse for the region. Downtown has seen a lot of development in recent years, and now serves up a huge selection of trendy shopping, dining, and entertainment, particularly around the Old Market; the Blackstone neighborhood has also emerged as a new hotspot for adventurous restauranteurs and hip nightlife. The robust live music scene in Omaha is one of the city’s worst-kept secrets, with national publications singing the praises of popular venues like the Waiting Room and the annual Maha Music Festival at Stinson Park.
Omaha is serious about college sports – the University of Nebraska’s Cornhuskers are hometown heroes, and the city is the longtime home to the College World Series every summer.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Heritage Heights
We love living here. Our only complaint is the small parking lot, and not enough spaces for everyone half the time, leaving people to park illegally. Another review mentioned that it needs to be updated, but that’s only for the hall ways outside of the apartments. The actual apartment is actually very nice and newish. The place also has excellent closet and cabinet space. We’ve NEVER had any problems with management, they are all very helpful and professional, they mind their own business and don’t ever bother us. Neighbors are also very neighborly. The walls and doors are very sound-proof. Lots of dogs here too, very dog friendly! Great location, just minutes from stores, malls, and schools. It also feels very safe here and around the neighborhood.

Thank you for the 5-star rating! We are happy to see that you have enjoyed your time at Heritage Heights. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need assistance in the future! Thank you again. -Molly T., Seldin Company
The 5 building complex isn't particularly easy on the eyes, nor is it very modern. It's in the "Royalwood" neighborhood in the northeast corner of 120th and West Center Road. So its not a bad location by any means, but the outdated complex offers affordable rent. The management leaves much to be desired and maintenance is very slow. However, the area is quiet and safe and located conveniently by a lot of stores and restaurants, but the area is a cultural dead zone.
