Living at Campus West has honestly been the best decision I’ve made. The location is unbeatable—being steps away from Target, restaurants, and campus makes life so convenient. The apartments are spacious and modern, with everything I need to feel comfortable and at home. The staff is super friendly and always quick to help with anything I need. Whether it’s maintenance or just picking up a package, they’re always on it. If you’re looking for a place that’s safe, stylish, and close to everything, Campus West is 100% the move. I love it here!

I've lived here for three years. This is definitely one of the most secure properties I've lived at in Tallahassee. I feel safe knowing FSU Police is always patrolling, as well as the fact this is a student only community due to this being FSU Campus. The location is also great, being right by both the Publix shopping center on Ocala and the Target one on West Tennessee. I plan to keep staying here until I finish my graduate degree, and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for an apartment.

Great location, friendly staff, cozy amenities all near FSU and TSC campus. Bus stops are also available on to the ends of the complex. Packages now have cool new feature that provide lockers and app only access to retrieve parcels

It was a lovely experience overall, though there were moments when the loud noises made it a little overwhelming. The atmosphere was vibrant, the people were welcoming, and the energy was contagious—just wish the volume had been a bit lower at times.

The apartment has been very nice, it is well kept and the amenities are wonderful. However, I have had issues with maintenance, I’ve had to contact the front office multiple times about issues.

maintenance request 4x though front desk is usually nice. the new amenities and renovations makes its more worth my while and the new delivery system has been efficient in my experience.

Overall, Ive liked living here. The most important thing to me is that I feel safe walking around my apartment anytime of day and there is little crime from what I can tell. There are all the normal issues of college apartments(sometimes macitence doesn't fix things on time, you have to schedule for bugs etc) but I haven't had a major issue with it. I did renew for the next year if that tells you anything.

The lease sign up process is pretty simple and easy. The facilities/amenties are very nice. The rooms are a standard size, and parking is free which is very good!

Great experience all around except for the delta chi and pike noise. I would 100% live here again if not for them. They are generally not an issue except for the two or three times a month they throw a party during the week.
Well kept up place with great staff. Some nights do get loud around 2-3am but that's to be expected at any complex. Apartments was clean and ready at move in. Great location

Being a resident at campus west has been my best experiance in Tallahassee. The staff and maintenance is great and they have been nothing but helpful and welcoming.
The community is good and it is near publix which is a plus. I also like the study room and gym, although it is small. It is also right next to the bus station which is a great benefit.
Great place to live. We love it and would recommend place. Clean and safe, love the gym and study areas. Friendly staff and close to university.

It’s good living here but only of the social area was open 24/7 and the gym too since many of us have classes on summer and cannot make it on time for the gym

The best and secure place to stay in for students in Tallahassee. The staff are great and they are very kind to every request you make. Building up through the amenities now and very accessible to a lot of things
Location is super convenient, lovely staff and the units have everything anybody could ask for in an apartment. Also it's the only apartment I've been to on tallahassee that doesn't have an issue with mold, bugs and plumbing.
Living at Campus West has been an amazing experience. With new renovations and added amenities, this play undoubtedly becomes the best place in proximity to the campus to stay.

On the outside this complex looks decent but on the inside it's falling apart. When I first moved in, they couldn't bother to clean the furniture or replaced the old dirty carpet and this was during the pandemic. There was paint stains all over the floor, the door knob, and bathroom mirror. And you could see the rust around the bathroom tub and sink. The in-unit washer that's promised does a terrible job washing clothes cause I have to go to an actually laundry facility.
The office people are awesome, and the maintenance staff are . My work orders are always finished within the day. They accepted my Florida pre paid for rent. The past 3 years have been great here at FSU. Heritage grove just made it easier because it was close to the school and a grocery store.
Dorms were packed, and i needed a place. They accepted prepaid dorm. Lived there for 2 years no hassle. I was with friends and the frat.
