--- Absolutely the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. I pay my rent on time every month, yet I'm treated like garbage by the staff, especially Dianna, the manager. Her attitude is unbearable, and it's clear she has no regard for the residents. The hallways are disgusting and reflect the overall neglect of this place. Asking for a parking pass feels like a chore, and the way I'm treated when I do is downright humiliating. Maintenance? Don’t even get me started. They barely show up, and when they do, they can't fix anything properly. If you're considering moving here, save yourself the headache and find a place that actually values its tenants. This place is a nightmare. ---
I have lived in my apartment for a year and 5 months. Overall, it is an excellent value for the price. Anytime there is an issue, it gets fixed within 24 hours. It's in the middle of town, and although it's hard to make a left hand turn out of the complex sometimes, the good outweighs the bad.
