Jensen Beach is the perfect city on the water. Great waterfront restaurants can be found on Indian River Drive and Jensen Beach Blvd. Dolphin Bar and Shrimp House is a must-try restaurant on the southeast end of Jensen Beach. This charming café hangs over the river’s edge.
Part of Savannas Preserve State Park is within Jensen Beach. On the preserve, make sure you visit Hawk’s Bluff Trail to canoe, kayak, fish, and hike. Right on the water is Indian Riverside Park, fully equipped with walking trails, mangrove boardwalk, fishing pier and gardens, and beautiful water views. The best place in town for beach volleyball is a little inland at Martin County Parks.
The main public beach for Jensen Beach is on Hutchinson Island. After you find your apartment in Jensen Beach, take a trip over to Jensen Sea Turtle Beach and spend the day sunbathing by the water.

Wonderful place to live, real nice apartment close to everything you could want. Right next to Best Buy, Target, Starbucks right nearby within walking distance.
My bill went up $100 because this building is now full and water charges are combined and then split up by SF. I have myself and my teenage son living here. There should be individual water meters to charge each unit.
The complex is nice, maintenance is really good . There is some communication issues, and you could bed up wi r h neighbors with dogs that bark all the time l, that like to call office on you.

Has been steadily going down in quality since I moved in two years ago, lots of kids playing in the road, noise at night, families leaving stuff everywhere, seemingly nothing being done except the odd email being sent out, which isn’t enough

It's a Very large complex with lots of amenities. I'm a bit lazy and only have to put trash outside of my door and they pick it up, valet trash. They are a great value for the amazing location!

I like that we have the 3rd floor an it has one of the best views possible.. you can see everything all the time from thunderstorms ?? to just windy rainy weather an with the palm trees it gives great privacy.

Recently the heat would not come on. I requested maintenance to come out. When the person fixed the problem, he also fixed my hall light. He saw that it was not working and fixed it without my requesting. Heritage Bay is a great place to live whether you are young, married, single, have children or retired. Hard to wait for warm weather and sunning at the pool.

Good area but management is very biased. The pool area and clubhouse is nicely cleaned. Maintenance people are very sweet and prompt. The trash service is very poor and odd timings. Need more trash cans in the area as there is no where we can throw things if walking.
The staff at heritage bay has made our move in process a smooth one. The perks they offer also make the transitional process just a bit more manageable. A visa gift card, a free pizza and bottle of wine go a long way in a warm welcome.

Love the location, as it’s centrally located for just about everything I want to do. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because of the speed bumps that jolt my car every time I go over them. I understand they’re necessary to slow down the maniac drivers, but for me, I’m not a big fan.

Staff is very attentive and friendly, whenever a request is asked. The grounds crew keeps the apartments clean and tidy. There a few ladies at the main clubhouse that are always willing to answer questions and help get any issues resolved.

Things are getting better here. Kids need a playground or maybe a basketball court. But otherwise good place to live. The noise is not bad and management is really nice.
Absolutely wonderful place to live. The neighbors are all super nice. Apartments are really nice and rent is super affordable. Repairs are taken care of right away. And I just love the pool and hot tub and 24 hr gym.

When we moved in it was great, however new owners have taken over and while some improvements have been made, such as fitting a new roof, the over experience has gone down, maintenance take forever to do anything, that’s even if you get a response or updates on what’s going on. Trash is left out and raccoons get into everything, the landscaping is kept untidy.

My Mom and I lost all are furnishing in hurricane Helene in Redington Beach and came to the Atlantic side to stay with family until we found a place. Front end staff deserves a five star Disappointed in the cleaning staff for our apt. It was very dirty and we have spent three days cleaning. Our feet turned black walking on the floors. Floors were not vacuumed and dead bugs still laying on the floor. Missed painting one wall so the paint doesn't match. Utility closet never touched. Hot water tank leaking and the pan underneath is full of water. I did put in a work order 10/21/24
I had an excellent experience working with the office team who was very professional and communicative throughout my whole leasing process. Thank you for making me feel at home!

Heritage bay is really a good locality to stay. I reside in a truly enchanting home, a sanctuary where I find comfort and security, a place where I yearn to spend my days. Our residence consists of three spacious bedrooms, a welcoming dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and modern bathrooms. Positioned before the house is a vast courtyard adorned with vibrant blossoms.

Nice community. Few points though so far: gate security is easy bypass. If you don't have a code just wait until someone opens the gate and follow them. Really a very insecure system. Have only been here three weeks and already had a canceled trash pickup because the community compactor was full. Hopefully they increase collection during the holidays. Otherwise it's ok. I haven't lived in an apartment community for a very long time but this seems to be better than what I remember. To get 5 stars would require a security guard.

Heritage Bay is close to shops, the apartment is spacious and affordable, there is ample parking, maintenance is quick and friendly, and the office staff is top notch. There is a community reward program, monthly give-always and food trucks, and the pool and clubhouse is beautiful. The breezeways could be cleaner possibly getting power-washed more frequently, and I wish residents did not break the smoking on balcony rule, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars! But the office staff is very good at enforcing the rules!

I've had a great experience with the resident at Heritage Bay. They have consistently maintained their apartment in excellent condition and are always prompt with any necessary communications. I wish we had a security guard that is in the beginning to over see who comes in an out … I wish we need a mail room for packages a what not!! That would so helpful..

Heritage bay in Jensen is a wonderful community that has a great staff and maintenance staff that fix any concerns the first time in a timely manner. It’s close to shopping 3 Publix the mall and the beautiful blue beaches. Very nice gated community .

So far everything is good, management has responded to small issues that needed attention in a timely manner, and effectively corrected them, the only thing that could be better is refrigerator not freezing faster, overall we are happy here, except for parking

This place is ridden with incompetency, high schoolers coming in at all times of the night drinking around the pool area, maintenance men catcalling at residents that go by, trash pickup missed in several occasions, DISGUSTING dumpster area, the landscaping they have is atrocious, weeds poking out of every bush, weeds growing throughout the sidewalks, they never edge, poorly kept very ugly palm trees blocking any view from the porch or windows, VERY sketchy residents I’ve seen multiple fights right outside my apartment window, dogs barking and people raising their voices all through the night, oh and ALSO WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING A CODE/LOCK ON THE PACKAGE ROOM DOOR IF ITS ALWAYS LEFT OPEN! And Arium will take zero responsibility for anything that happens to your packages because they WILL get stolen. We can not get out of this place fast enough, Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live, this place ain’t it. I wish i could give less than zero stars because that’s what this place deserves.

We have lived here for 3 years and really enjoy this complex. The grounds are well maintained, every week they are cutting the grass and trimming the weeds. Maintenance is always very prompt when I submit a ticket and everyone like Omar & Tony always smile & wave as you drive through. No matter how many times I'm running in & out of the front office, Beatriz and the rest of the ladies are so sweet and will do anything they can to assist you. For being a full complex, it is very quiet. Which is great at night when you have kids!

Neighborhood is crappy and they don’t do a good job at making it look nice. The worst part is the staff in the front office they are horrible with communication and try to drain every dollar out of your wallet. I would 100% not recommend moving to this neighborhood

You cans send emails to office and never get response. My building has no lights. I have called several times. I never get help. Wish there was a corporate number or personal I can speak to. I have 2 little kids. Very dangerous. No one does anything!!!! Will keep trying to get a simple light on in hallway. Been here for 2 months still nothing. All other buildings have lights.

Everyone here, from Maintenance all the way through Upper Management, is extremely proficient and that translates into a pleasant and memorable living experience for your residents. The landscaping is always pristine and the overall appearance of the property is consistently impeccable. The amenities are very appealing and well kept.
