Jensen Beach is the perfect city on the water. Great waterfront restaurants can be found on Indian River Drive and Jensen Beach Blvd. Dolphin Bar and Shrimp House is a must-try restaurant on the southeast end of Jensen Beach. This charming café hangs over the river’s edge.
Part of Savannas Preserve State Park is within Jensen Beach. On the preserve, make sure you visit Hawk’s Bluff Trail to canoe, kayak, fish, and hike. Right on the water is Indian Riverside Park, fully equipped with walking trails, mangrove boardwalk, fishing pier and gardens, and beautiful water views. The best place in town for beach volleyball is a little inland at Martin County Parks.
The main public beach for Jensen Beach is on Hutchinson Island. After you find your apartment in Jensen Beach, take a trip over to Jensen Sea Turtle Beach and spend the day sunbathing by the water.

We are enjoying living here! Our only complaint is the smells sometimes outside are unpleasant and people keep leaving trash or dog poop around. We love the maintenance though and office! We have also made some good friends!
When we first moved in it was an adjustment in a good way as time went on we made friends that now we call family. Living here is very enjoyable. The summer time was amazing this year with our new bbq just laying around on a Sunday afternoon enjoying the atmosphere Thank you Heritage Bay!!!

My experience has been very good. The children are happy, but we need a playground for them. A place where they're safer than on the streets. In my apartment, we've had mold problems, and it hasn't been possible to fix them. The maintenance staff has been very attentive, as has the administrative staff with each procedure. Overall, we're happy so far and we hope it continues this way and that the mold problem doesn't affect our health or that of the children, as they've had some respiratory problems due to this incident.

I had a very disappointing experience with Heritage Bay, which is managed by Pride Rock Capital Management. Communication was extremely poor — I was promised important documents multiple times that never arrived when they were supposed to. I made it very clear that I was moving several states away, had already given notice at my current home, and needed clear communication and a timely lease. Ashley reassured me that everything would be handled. But when the lease finally arrived, it was missing critical details, and so many things were wrong that it would have needed to be rewritten completely. By that point, I had lost trust, because my requests had been repeatedly dismissed and the blame shifted onto a new employee instead of anyone taking accountability. Lastly, when I requested that my application fee be refunded, I received a response — but the question was not even addressed. This kind of disorganization and lack of professionalism made me realize this was not the right place for me. I chose not to move forward, and I would caution others to be very careful not only with Heritage Bay but also with other properties managed by Pride Rock Capital Management.
The staff is wonderful ?? Always friendly and I love that they have food trucks and events for residents. The grounds are clean and well maintained

4 out of 5 stars...do not like access process to my garage, i.e I have to carry my opener with me at all times. Previously, at the Preserves at Vero Beach, the opener remained in my car. There was a box mounted on the outside wall - all i had to do is enter my code to open the door.Upon leaving I pressed the CLOSE button

The apartment is very unclean. Lot of broken stuff. The washer and the dryer are very old and not working properly. I am missing a whole fridge rack. There are not lights in the rooms. The bathroom venting system is very very loud. I would rate this room 1/5 due to it’s convenient location

I’ve been a resident in my apartment complex for 5 months and overall, it’s been a place I’ve called home. The community is pretty quiet and the location is convenient for work and daily errands. I try to be a respectful and responsible neighbor, always keeping my space clean and following the rules. My daughter and I just moved into a two bedroom two bath totally refurbished apartment. Absolutely gorgeous new cabinets new countertops new floors beautiful two bedroom two bath apartment with a real cool balcony screened in. Leasing staff was very accommodating and easy to work with. The apartment corporation makes it reasonably priced to move in. For myself I love that the Jensen Beach high school is right next to the apartment complex. No need for buses or parental transportation. The kids walk to school because it's less than a half a block from the apartment complex. I also think it's important to mention there are so many stores, restaurants and the Mall with a movie theater all within walking distance of the apartment complex.

Very nice and close place staff is great. Everything is good. Only thing that I dislike is the trash. It looks like you’re living in ghetto but I do know that that’s not the office is fault and it is fixable but overall they get five stars because I know the trash thing can be fixed a very beautiful place to stay!

My bill went up $100 because this building is now full and water charges are combined and then split up by SF. I have myself and my teenage son living here. There should be individual water meters to charge each unit.

The complex is nice, maintenance is really good . There is some communication issues, and you could bed up wi r h neighbors with dogs that bark all the time l, that like to call office on you.

Has been steadily going down in quality since I moved in two years ago, lots of kids playing in the road, noise at night, families leaving stuff everywhere, seemingly nothing being done except the odd email being sent out, which isn’t enough

It's a Very large complex with lots of amenities. I'm a bit lazy and only have to put trash outside of my door and they pick it up, valet trash. They are a great value for the amazing location!

I like that we have the 3rd floor an it has one of the best views possible.. you can see everything all the time from thunderstorms ?? to just windy rainy weather an with the palm trees it gives great privacy.

Staff is very helpful. When I have had maintenance issues they have it taken care of immediately. I would like to see the outside windows washed and screens for the windows. Thank you for all you do!
We love this community. Centrally located Nicely managed and attentive staff. Very friendly neighbors. It's an eight minute walk for my son to Jensen Beach High.

Recently the heat would not come on. I requested maintenance to come out. When the person fixed the problem, he also fixed my hall light. He saw that it was not working and fixed it without my requesting. Heritage Bay is a great place to live whether you are young, married, single, have children or retired. Hard to wait for warm weather and sunning at the pool.

Good area but management is very biased. The pool area and clubhouse is nicely cleaned. Maintenance people are very sweet and prompt. The trash service is very poor and odd timings. Need more trash cans in the area as there is no where we can throw things if walking.
