Northwest Manchester is a neighborhood spanning the area to the west of the Merrimack River about five miles from the city’s center. The majority of Northwest Manchester is filled with wooded lands hiding manicured neighborhoods and luxurious homes. Rental options are mostly clustered along the eastern border of town, closest to Interstate 293. The eastern border of town also provides several opportunities for outdoor recreation through the parks and trails along the river. A few shopping and dining choices are located off the interstate, but more entertainment options are located just south of town in the downtown district.

Carpets where bad from start but where changed in a proper manner but overall nice building and feels homie moved in with out any problems nice counter tops and having the apartment fixed in timely manner was very nice

It's good. Would recommend. Laundry vendor is terrible. Mail room is often cluttered and disorganized. Fails on promised activities. Most are come to office for a treat!
Been a good overall experience, hallways are cleaner then they used to be, neighbors are always really loud but other than that it’s good !!

I love my apartment. I wish there were more dog stations, like one at the front entrance. I also wish there was a wheelchair ramp. Other than those two things, this place is pretty great.

super easy approval process, super easy move in, friendly, helpful staff.. tons of extra added benefits & amenities and at an affordable price in this economy. Also, you can pay your rent online through a portal even with auto pay which makes it sooo much easier. Not to mention the area is nice and it feels super safe here. I love how dog friendly it is. So far, i love living here.

I enjoy living here, i wasn't sure at first as it was a big adjustment coming from a townhouse to an apartment. That being said I am 6 months in, and I do enjoy it. Everyone i have met in my building and other buildings are always kind and polite. The ladies in the office are always happy to assist or even just chat. They love to hear about your day or a funny thing your pet did or an accomplishment your child achieved. I haven't had any history w maintenance but when they see you they wave hello. I don't have 1 negative remark or experience to express.

Very friendly neighbors, no bad encounters so far and we’ve been here for a year. A bit pricey for a one bedroom and rent is going up, put in a work order for a peeling tub and was told they would come but have yet to do so. Everything else has been great!

I have a pretty good experience living here at Heritage! I feel safe, it’s never too loud, the amenities and inclusion of utilities is amazing, and overall it’s just a nice apartment complex. I unfortunately did not give 5 stars because I have had some disappointing experiences such as car vandalism, the parking situation, the wipes in the gym not being replenished for weeks, the continuous washer/dryer issues, and stolen packages. Overall, we have really enjoyed it here and have always, ALWAYS had a great experience with our leasing agent, Kelley.

I just moved in this month and am so glad I did. Laura at the leasing office is amazing. My building is quiet and always has parking. The apartment is cute. Maintenance is friendly and attentive.

The apartment is fine. I have had a hard time settling in due to two factors. There are emails being sent to everyone chastising/publicly humiliating people for making mistakes/not following instructions. None have ever applied to me and it makes me uncomfortable. The second is this new“city of Manchester coming into the apartments and snooping around with a month notice?“so the complex doesn’t get a fine.”This is an apartment complex with adults in it. I am confused as to why with no warrant nor explanation this is acceptable to spring on people. This wasn’t in my lease and it was never brought up, so I am confused as to why this is acceptable after just having a convo with Imelda about people banging on my door and Proselytizing in a locked building where that should be impossible. I was told“I understand you were raised to be friendly but if you don’t know someone don’t open the door.”The apartment is fine, the leadership is overbearing, rude, and problematic. Kelley is exceptional

Heritage at the River is a pleasant place to live. Naturally there are the expected drawbacks here as any apartment building has, such as occasional noise from up or downstairs and delays and-or thoughtless neighbors who have near misses at the dumpster. The best part of living here are the people who serve us, both at the office and maintenance levels. The Property Manager Imelda is fair and does her job effectively in every way. She really cares about the welfare of the tenants. She has brought in an office team who shares her values. The maintenance team is stellar. They are kind, proficient and once they do a job, they aren’t back to redo their work the next day.

Pros - modern ish kitchen Cons - Cockroach infestation from multiple apartments, pest control no showed twice - bathrooms have no ventilation, fan does not work resulting in mold and rust( you’re not allowed to clean it as it says in lease contract) - snow piles up on sidewalks never clears it - rats live around the building - Dog owners don’t clean up their dogs poop - laundry room is disgusting (dog hair, mold, lint) and a high charge - tore down our wall due to water damage, rendering our room to be unusable for approximately 20 days, no reimbursement for getting drywall dust over our clothes - drug use in some buildings - management is unprofessional - high rent for the area and rooms

The cummity is great. The lady's in the office are awesome. I enjoy living here. The only thing I am disappointed in are the residents who don't like to move their car during the snow plowing. The lady's in the office have done what they can to encourage them to move the cars. It is an inconvenience to other residents that do move their cars.

My experience has been good so far other than the rent going up wayyyy more than my social security check. The apartment is nice and very quiet considering all the dogs.

We love living here! It is hard with winter when it snows on weekends and we move our cars like we are asked but the lots don’t get plowed. Then it gets icy and people slip and fall

I enjoy my new apartment, the neighbors i have met in my building are so nice and the all the beautiful dogs. I love Harry, he is very vocal when he is excited and so well behaved when he is on his leash . His owners are very nice too. My neighbor across the hall made me feel welcomed from day 1. The complex is huge. So I was worried it wouldn't be quiet or feel like home, but it does .

It’s been good, hallways need to be cleaned a bit tho , people can be loud but other then that it’s been good, can’t complain much, leading office is very helpful with things too

Overall decent, common areas such as hallways no cleaned regularly same with laundry room. Maintenance is quick and cheep repairs stuff falls apart

Terrible management. Better hope you never have a problem, because they’ll ignore you until you snap. If you fight with them, they lie to you and your complaints “unreasonable” when they’re in violation of your lease. Maintenance leaves messes behind, buildings are dirty. Dishonest and manipulative. Also their recent construction was done wrong and my building is flooding :) thanks for the washer/dryers and the loss of my only storage space. It sure made the apartment less functional, but you can charge more so that’s all you care about! This place is a money grab. Save yourself and go someplace else.

Living on this side of the Merrimack river is nice. It's far enough from Manchester to enjoy peace and quiet but close enough to go into town easy. Shopping is convenient with Walmart, Market Basket, Target, Kohls, and Pet Co all within 3 miles form the apartments.

The move in process was smooth and quick. Laura was a huge help, and was nothing but helpful! My apartment was clean when I arrived at move in.

Nice accommodations, it has two swimming pools, a basketball court, a playground, tennis courts, weight room. The grounds are pretty well kept. Most of the buildings are older but they are in the middle of renovating them and the renovated rooms are really nice. 56

A great place to live! Offers a pool, gym to work out and club house. Repairs and maintenance problems are quickly and effectively taken care of. The Halloween balcony and Christmas balcony decorating contest was a great idea and fun. During the summer the breakfast to grab and go was a great idea and very helpful.

love the new washer and dryer in unit. side walks and community spaces could be kept up better. I wish that the gym was nicer and was cleaned regularly.

Community and neighbors are nice, amenities are nice love being able to go to the club house, love that they have a small dog park, pools are a bonus.

Fell in love with the apartment right away. Kelley was amazing in assisting us and made the choice to live here so easy. We felt welcomed as soon as we arrived and knew that this place was the one. The amenities were just the cherry on top when making the decision.

Overall very pleased with our experience. We have been living here for about 6 months and neighbors are very nice and community is overall well maintained.
My experience had been great. I love the neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly and the complex has what we need. The leasing staff are very nice and helpful.
Love my home, love my neighbors! Everyone was super welcoming staff included!! I was most excited living across from the dog park. It’s nice to let my dog off leash and play with the other dogs.
Love this place ! People are friendly . Love that I can decorate my porch for Christmas , Halloween , Thanksgiving, etc . Absolutely love it here with two pools in the summer
