I’ve been a resident here for many years and lately the management and maintenance situation has gone a bit downhill. Things aren’t being addressed in a timely manner and the office staff is dismissive of my inquiries to make me go away.

waiting for 3 months for 2 service calls...plus garage in bldg 4 has water there for months and never cleared..cannot walk or open trunk..plus urine on rugs in hall from dogs and there for years..carpet on stairs all torn and dangerous..

We received a notice in the email that we have to delay our move into the new apartment four days before the scheduled moving date. The reason was that the vendor is unable to replace the vinyl and carpeting in the apartment timely. Very irresponsible.

Greystar does a phenomenol job managing the complex. They are professional and friendly. Service orders are completely quickly and efficiently and they host many communal events as well which are great gestures. The apartments itself are very nice with great quality appliances and air conditioning/heating. During the pandemic, they have taken it seriously and implemented a system in their online portal for reserving spots at the complex gym. I appreciate attentive actions like this and I really enjoy living at Heritage Bedford Springs under Greystar's management.

S & S= Safe and Sanitary
We moved here after seling our house in Bedford in which we had lived for over 30 years. The benefits of this complex have eased the impact of this decision, although they can't fully make up for the inevitable sense of loss about leaving a beloved home. Rationally, we think it was the right choice to have made, and the quality of this complex has made ti easier.

The living is easy! Lovely apartment with deck and undergroung parking. Has everythingyou would want and it is very quiet..Just call the office if you need anything fixed. They are wonderful. Couid not be happier!
