With our comfortable, spacious rooms; reliable management; ample amenities; and central location a short walk from Samaritan Medical Center, Convergys and Public Square, we are the proud home to many a satisfied tenant. Heritage is protected 24/7 by a S.T.A.T. Communications alarm system and video surveillance. We allow the local police to conduct unannounced K-9 training exercises in the common areas of the building (not inside apartments). We do background checks on all prospective tenants and do not tolerate disturbances that negatively impact the lives of our tenants. Our management prides itself on always being accessible and resolving any issues clients may encounter with timely and decisive action. We offer clean, quality apartments at competitive rates and provide tenants with a common laundry room, heating, air conditioning, free parking, free wireless Internet, free trash removal several times daily and free storage space for tenants’ property. We are cat friendly, but are unable to accept dogs. Smoking is not permitted. Lease length is one year. Deposit is one month’s rent; cat owners must make an additional deposit of $250. It has enough space to live comfortably but not too much so that it is too much for me to handle alone. Everything in the apartment is modern and new and it includes a balcony. Also included is a storage locker, which is incredibly useful for larger or extra items.
