The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Heritage Apartments
I've lived in many apartments over the past 30 years. Never have I met such a caring staff. The manager, Laura, goes above and beyond to help her residents. She is so kind and thoughtful. The staff there treats residents as if we're family and you get that feeling when you live at Heritage. It's such a quaint community to live. Plenty of parking. The location is perfect. Right off highway 51. I've never had any issues with bugs or rodents. Everything is brand new!! The apartments have just been remodeled and they are beautiful! It's a beautiful community that's tucked away from the hustle and bustle of midtown.
when taking a tour of the grounds waiting for management to return from lunch, I was able to speak to tenants and was prewarned that there's bad roaches and a big issue with the homeless population as well. Not at all the environment which the landlord previously described over the phone.
Manager takes your money and signed lease then disappears. Numerous calls and work orders placed and all we get is silence. Roaches everywhere, broken patio door (unsafe) broken stove, toilet won't flush, broken shower handle and tiles, baseboards off the wall. Nothing fixed ever!
Property Manager at Heritage Apartments, Responded To This Review
I invite you to come in and see for your self how things look & are run. I promise you, you will always find me in the office Monday through Friday 8:30 till 5. I am willing to come in on the weekends, if needed. I am very proud of Heritage and think you will like what you see. Haters will be Haters! Looking forward to meeting with you when you have a need for a midtown apartment. :)
If you have not visited Heritage Apartments lately, you're in for treat! The owners have done a complete rehab on this property and they have spared no expense. They have installed new trendy looking wood look plank floors inside the units. The landscaping and upgrades they've made on the exterior are nothing short of fabulous. The onsite management team is awesome. They make you feel very welcome and go above and beyond all expectations. Laura is the manager and she is very caring, kind and she genuinely cares about the residents and takes great pride in keeping Heritage Apartments looking spectacular! The location is perfectly located to anywhere you need to be within minutes. Save yourself some time and check this property out first on your search for a new home!
The manager of the apts Laura is the most wonderful and understanding person I've met in a long time. She makes my living at The Heritage Apartments a wonderful place to live.
I lived there about 3 years ago, moved to Bentonville Arkansas and I miss my apartment at the Heritage. I lived there for 2 years and loved every minute. Super well kept apartments, buildings weren't new but everything was in wonderful working order. New windows which kept it toasty warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The pool was always sparking and so inviting. The landscape was beautiful, felt like you were in a wooded vacation area, peaceful and quiet. If I ever move back to Tulsa I will go home to the Heritage again. I truly miss leaving there. :-(
I find The Heritage to be one of Tulsa's best kept secrets for a Midtown pet friendly apartment home. Great management and maintenance with easy access to Broken Arrow Expressway and the Skelly Bypass. Great location for shopping and entertainment. Mature shade trees enhance the landscape. As a senior I feel very secure and continue to be glad I made The Heritage my home.
I moved to Heritage Apartments 2 weeks ago and have been taken care of very quickly. I woke up with no heat and my thermostat wasn't registering due to being so cold. I called after hours help and within an hour my heater was up and running. My little problems with apartment after I moved in have been taken care of to my satisfaction. Laura up front has been very helpful and willing to make sure my apartment is up to my liking. I look forward to the upcoming year and plan on renewing my lease. Plus, it's quiet and everyone I've met is very nice. Awesome apartments if you're interested
