The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Heritage 2353
I recently moved to LA all the way from East coast and I was so scared at first but when I found out about this place through a mutual friend online while I was searching for a place to stay and it was very affordable to live there too! I was surprised which it's a great location as well! I also got the chance to meet the new manager who runs this place at the very beginning of time and he is a very great person who always there for every resident and constantly taking care of things 24/7. I was also surprised to learn the fact that he had to wake up at 2 am and quickly responded to an emergency from someone who lived there then took care of it immediately. I even learned how much improvements this place has gotten over time and the outside environment is very relaxing too. This whole area was nothing to compare from before since there was no pool or beautiful garden or such until the new manager changed everything! It is true that he has strict rules which it makes perfect sense because there are a lot of college students who wouldn't care so they don't mind for breaking every rule and can possibly cause a lot of damages. If they did break a lot of rules, it would disturb the whole area and other residents who are trying to live comfortable and being happy to live in the same area so I completely respect the rules while I live there too. I would strongly recommend for this place if you definitely want to live in the most comfortable, stress-free and great environment while being respectful for your own privacy and others. It is also in a great location RIGHT next to DTLA, USC, Koreantown, and Expo Blue Line metro station all the way to Santa Monica!
