Property Ratings at Hellman Lofts
I’ve never had a bad experience or have ever written a bad review but because I wouldn’t want this happening to anyone else if I can help I will. To begin with the property managers will sell you what it sounds like a dream UNTIL you move in. I did not get a full tour and now I understand why. AS SOON as I moved in it’s been nearly impossible to get in contact with any management on property. I’ve been having issues since I’ve moved in and none of it has been resolved. My car ( which I am paying an extra $170 per month to keep in the garage with “valet”) was left OUTSIDE of THE GARAGE with my KEY IN IT. .. OVER NIGHT. Management has done nothing to solve this issue and I’ve been trying to contact someone in a higher position and it has been impossible. My dryer also is not working & a lot of other technical issues as well with my apartment that I am paying for. This stress that this place has caused me is definitely not worth what I am paying for even with a “SPECIAL”.
Property Manager at Hellman Lofts, Responded To This Review
Hello, I am not sure who you are, but I can assure everyone that the parking attendants DO NOT do valet. It is a public parking garage meaning you take your car to the parking spot of your choosing. The only time you leave your key is if you are a visitor parked in a visitor parking spot behind another visitor. Our building and the parking garage are two different entities, therefore there is nothing we can do for or on behalf of Athena parking.
