About Hedges Plaza

15-unit Spanish Style apartment complex in the heart of the Tower District. Spanish red tiled roofs, white walls, with black wrought iron accents, all inside a gated community. Very short walking distance to all shop on Olive ave. Right around the corner from Me N' Eds Pizzeria, and the Tower Theatre. This complex is managed by Tower District Rentals LLC, and we believe in taking care of our tenants. We adopted cloud-based property management software in order to streamline day-to-day operations. The end result produces innovative services that include secure online rent payments, convenient online maintenance requests, and online full financial accounting. Most communication with tenants is now digital, either text messaging, or email. All communication can be initiated with your smart phone. Over the last decade, we have renovated many of the properties to provide upscale living with old world charm. Our properties are well-maintained, and managed. We enjoy buying turn of the century apartment buildings, and renovating them. To restore and revive has been enormously gratifying for us.
