Mold !!!!!!!
My son almost lost his toes due to mold issues. Eczema so severe. Doctors said can’t return to environment. I have never received a call from management. We are displaced and have been since 3/18/24. All our belongings are still there cuz we can’t remove anything until it has been deemed safe thru proper EPA guidelines. I hired a mold company who has determined the unit has a huge problem and 3x the moisture present. I have sent these finding to corporate and office and no response. We will hire for testing of indoor air quality and surface contamination at our expense for now. Everyone needs to be aware of the unsafe living environments they provide.

Y al momento de una emergencia dentro del apartamento han solucionado al instante. Sus áreas son alumbradas y eso me parece excelente. El área de parque y piscina se mantienen limpias. Since I first moved in Teresa made my application and paperwork process so much easier, she definitely pays attention to detail and is there to help in anyway you need. So far my experience is going great and still continues to I will start by saying it is a peaceful place to live a friendly environment and no need to feel like your getting messed over they definitely work with you and definitely understanding about anything they carry themselves very positively, and have very good management ! The girls in the office are very helpful specifically Teresa, she's the one that helped me with my move she's wonderful. They're very attentive to detail and will surely make your visit quick no matter what you need since they're bilingual also which helps alot. The community it self if very quiet and clean, the maintenance boys are always hard at work fixing up whatever needs to be done. Overall I really like my place. The only detail I feel is bad is that there is only one parking place per apartment and if you need an additional one you have to pay for it. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and we have 2 cars and it is difficult to find 48 hour parking because there are families with up to 4 cars per apartment. I feel we should have at least 2 places available per department.

It's nice, but...
I've lived here for almost 2yrs. Its really nice and the staff is usually really nice and helpful. The issue is when I first got here they used to answer the office phones. Covid hit hard and they shut the office down and when they opened back up everything changed. The hours we more sporadic and less available. Now that it's all over and we don't need an appointment to go in. They still don't answer phone calls. They send non residents and residents straight to voice-mail. So good luck actually having a convo with someone when you call the office. I live here and called twice in the last week and they still haven't called me back. They expect everyone to walk into the office or use the online portal. I even messaged the manager on the portal and still no response. So this is what you will look forward to as a resident here. I usually just go find a maintenance personal since they aren't to far from me, because it will take a day to a week or possibly more to get a response from the office unless you walk in. Mind you there is a lot of apartments and there is three different sections to these apartments so the office is almost one and a half to two blocks away walking distance for some people here.

I used to live here beautiful Apartment however it's not worth the money. You need to be in poverty to even qualify to live here. The crime is very bad. You never know who got killed, tires slashed and building spray painted up by wannabe gangsters. There are tons of kids here making trouble. Save yourself some time even if you are poor this place is not a safe place for your family.

We encourage all residents to check in with the local police department to learn more about crime in the area. We also guide our residents to report any criminal behavior to the local enforcement and then also let the office know, so we can make sure to document on our end as well. Heatherstone also had a courtesy patrol who monitors the community at night periodically and is on-site full-time Friday and Saturday nights. Heatherstone is a great place to live. Very good for people with families. They are safe and secured. They are also very close to schools, bus lines, grocery stores and are very clean compared to other apartments I rented previously. The maintenance is highly responsive. I highly recommend others to inquire about these apartments.

Heatherstone has very clean newly renovated and remodeled affordable housing in a perfect location relative to the school, public transit, and lower traffic conditions, and all my appliances are new and professionally installed. The whole community is in very good physical condition and parking spaces are well arranged for assigned spaces. The office staff is very polite, professional, and respectful, and quite pleasant.
