The staff here really cares about your concern and any questions. The application and move in was very quick process. Getting approved after a bunch of nos, Ms Awia called and said she had good news for me the best news ever. She had me in tears They are really great they give people chances. That's what I like about it. My apartment Is cute and convenient for me.

Honestly I’ve lived in worse areas. Management answers maintenance calls quicker online than by phone! Complex can also get messy in the general stairwell area. The neighbors are pretty friendly when you see them in passing. There is noise sometimes but what do you expect when you live in an apartment complex LOL. (GOOD OPTION for UNCC students looking to live off campus)

I have stayed at this apartment for 3 years. It isn't a bad complex and I think it's priced at a good price, especially now since they are doing remodeling of certain apartments. I have the standard appliances , white appliances, white countertops , basic - and they were only going to remodel my apartment had I renewed my lease, but I am moving to a 2 bedroom at another apartment complex. I am excited to know they have lifted their dog breed restrictions. Maintenance team was friendly and nice. Took care of everything that I needed done in a timely manner, especially AC issues in the summer time. The only thing this apartment complex could do is invest in some camera's and some more lighting in the subdivision.. as well as some of the police stands. There are occasional days where the police sits in the front to see who is coming in and going out, or maybe they're looking for someone, who knows- but overall, I have felt pretty safe in this complex. The only reason I am not staying for the 2 bedroom here is because of my daughter , and the layout of the 2 bedrooms . but besides that, I say move here. Especially if its you and another person, easily affordable.

I have been a tenant at Heatheridge apartments since August of 2018. I have never felt this secured since I started living in the united states since November of 2015. The environment is cozy, the apartments fancily structured and properly maintained. it was only in heatheridge that I came to notice that my broken window blind was replaced with a brand new one. The clubhouse is always steaming with life and has something yummy to offer all the time. I cannot forget the grab and go moments when i dash in and hop out with a warm pack of pizza, or donuts and coffee at other times. I just love it here. I can say that Heatheridge is a safe heaven. Please come and try it if you ever doubt me.

This complex never follows through on maintenance calls, sends emails every single day, has terrible front desk service and management is no better. Almost all the amenities on their new website is a lie. There's little more than a pool here. Just walk away while you can.

We found this apartment at the last minute upon relocating to Charlotte. The location is wonderful! The apartment itself is very spacious and overall just a nice space. Anytime we've had an issue, maintenance came through and fixed it in a timely manner. We decided at the last minute to renew our lease (due to our son's death, and preparing for our daughter to be born) and the staff was so helpful in accommodating us and allowing us to renew for another year. They always have a community event every month and keep the neighborhood clean and looking nice. I love it and it really feels like home.
