Through the good and bad While living here, one thing I can say is that the maintenance man has been nothing but so great to me. Shout out to Jacob ! He came to unclog my drain and started fixing so many other things that I had issues with since moving here without me even asking just so nice and kind while he was fixing it and making the experience a lot better for me !

Love my new home , I have had some small issues . My car was also towed from in front of my house, but I haven’t seen others car towed for not parking in a parking spot . Planned on being here 2 years but that may not happen due to parking issues . I’ve seen other tenants park in front of our trash can , or other fire lane areas or directly in front of their house & their car had not been towed at all ! Maybe it’s there way of breaking in a new resident , but I am not pleased . If you work at night you’ll have a hard time finding a parking spot when you get home which is really inconvenient to the people who pay rent ! We need assigned parking spots .

We have a contract setup with a towing company that gives them the ability to tow automatically for certain reasons without giving notice, including vehicles parked in unauthorized areas. The Apartment's are clean the service and the property is great. The manager is very manner able, polite, courteous,and understanding. She is always willing to work toward making you a satisfied customer. The utility bills are comfortable reasonable & a great location. .

I called the office today looking to move in. I spoke to Chance and he was not trying to work with me or around my schedule. I work the same hours as there office hours, I even suggested for them to stay open a little later or coming in on the weekend and Chance was not trying to help. Based off of the conversation with him and him not having any effort to work with me, I wouldn’t recommend moving in here.

Nothing Gets Fixed in these apartments. There nice units but like any apartment things will need fixed and they tend to not fixed any thing. Which makes things worse it’s very frustrating

The apartments are nice and all on the inside if you get a good one but Management is terrible. We've been in are apartment since june and nothing has been fixed at are apartment that we tell management about. They basically sold us a unfinished apartment. The gutters drip water right over are door cuz the gutter are full and nobody wants to clean them. Are heater or furnace close to the door doesn't work . The only thing management does is tell you that your on a list of ppl to get their apartment fixed. Are electric bill was 150 this month cuz are heat is just going right under the door. And we told them about this 2 months ago and still nothing. Then we just got bed bugs. SMH just terrible service and its not like we keep a dirty apartment. We are clean freaks. This has been a terrible experience and management doesn't even care because they don't live in the apartments. They only care about rent being due on time.
The beautiful landscape is nice to look at in the summer. There are alot of parking spots.

Just moved in a month ago and I love it! Neighbors are friendly, park is right across the street and the apartment is very spacious for myself and my two younger children. I also love the fact that the trash can is really close to the door for those late night diapers runs haha! Chance in the office is amazing and really works with you!

Hello I just wanted to say that I absolutely love living out here at heather glen townhomes. The community is friendly and quiet. I really cannot complain about anything. Everything is great. I love the fact that we can have pets ans our own garages that comes with the apartment. You guys will love it out here!
The community Is very small which is what I love. We are still close to highways, restaurants and grocery stores. Been here for awhile and don't plan on moving anytime soon!
