I have left a review on Google prior. Please refer to: Bottom Line: The Heartline Building is home to the best community in Portland, Oregon. I moved in April of 2020. I signed a years' lease sight unseen due to the pandemic; it's safe to say my expectations have been exceeded by leaps and bounds. The team here is professional and prompt with requests. The apartments are soundproof and well appointed. Views are incredible. A special shoutout to Lesley, the best property manager I have ever dealt with. This community is EXTREMELY lucky to have her. If you're looking for an apartment in Portland, don't think twice. You've found your home.

Heartline has been home for our family for a number of years now and could not feel more happy about it. The building is beautiful, well maintained, properly managed and we can hardly think of any reasons not to stay here for the foreseeable future. Not only is centrally located, has plenty of groceries, bars, and restaurants options within walking distance - but the units are modern and gorgeous, its rooftop is - without a doubt - the most beautiful one of all the places we've had the opportunity to visit (views, fire pit, etc.); and to top it off its front office and maintenance crew are always professional, helpful, and caring. Heartline is THE place to live in the Pearl!

The front office folks are amazing! Alex and Lesley have been so accommodating and maintenance responds quickly. Customer service is wonderful, they are always friendly, attentive and always so helpful. The building is always clean, the location is perfect for walking, biking, shopping, parks and coffee shops are close by. I could not have picked a better place to live, feels like home.

HeARTline is a special community with neighbors who friendly and respectful. It’s a small, well maintained building. Staff is A . Amenities like the rooftop patio are phenomenal. Great location. Quiet considering it’s a block off 13th. Architectural details are unique. Parking garage feels safe.

Heartline has been a wonderful place to live for the past two years! I use all of the amenities (gym, rooftop, movie room). The apartments are great, great appliances and large windows. But the helpful and responsive staff is what really makes this place great!

Living in the Heartline is like living in your own little neighborhood/community. The management is amazing, it's very safe, and there are a lot of amazing perks. This will definitely be a hard building to leave if I ever have to move in the future.
