Hawthorne Waterstone is absolutely amazing. I moved from out of state and the staff here made this the stress free and so easy. The entire staff Brittney, Betrice, and Tiffany are all fabulous! The apartment is beautiful, the grounds are immaculate, and the maintenance staff is outstanding. Everyone is so friendly and I really appreciate how pet friendly the community is. I looked at a bunch of other places before stumbling upon Hawthorne Waterstone and I’m so glad I did! I couldn’t be happier to call it home. It has everything and more you could ever want in a home. Thank you!

What was initially a challenging experience elsewhere, Tiffany made into an incredible one for us at Hawthorne Waterstone! A sincere thank you! We love living here!!! You know, that’s a super plus in my book! Older folks are usually the ones with the most manners, & old school work ethic, and aren’t the ones blasting music at 3am & causing problems for everyone else. I have lived here 6 months now and only have positive things to say. I looked at several in the area and knew once I took the tour that this was go to be home. It’s convenient to everything, quiet, well maintained, safe and fun. There are a variety of events, pool and pickleball. I have had no negative experiences and am happy as can be with my choice.

Our dogs and us all love this apartment complex. Not only is it in the middle of everything you might ever need, The staff here is exceptional. When we had issues and they made sure to make it a quick fix. We have never felt as home in our complex then when we decided to move here. Best decision ever!!

Without a shadow of a doubt, deciding to live here at Hawthorn Waterstone was one of the best decisions since moving to the Charlotte area from Florida. The location is beautiful and convenient to many shops and restaurants, and the property is exceptionally cared for The apartments are spacious, and the neighbors are warm and welcoming. We especially love the leadership team as they value their employees, residents, and community. Brittany, Tiffany, Beatrice (the superstar leasing team), and Gaaby and Thomas ( the superstar maintenance team) are always looking for ways to serve and go above and beyond! We've lived in lots of different rentals but this place takes the cake! The new maintenance guy said it best when he said that this whole place feels like a luxury resort. Not only did it feel luxurious, but they were constantly adding things to make it better (like building a do-it yourself carwash station). Any place can have nice finishes, but the best part of living here was definitely the staff! I met and conversed with each person and everyone was top-tier in friendliness, hospitality and going above and beyond. One last thing to mention is that they always had multiple fun events going on each month, which was always something to look forward to! I would highly recommend living here to anyone considering it!

From the moment we toured this gorgeous spacious complex to renewing our lease. It has been nothing but amazing. The leasing staff is constantly available to answer any and all questions immediately. They always are willing to help you with whatever concerns or if you even need help with something. They have become part of my family and when we have visitors staying with us they make them feel welcome. The maintenance staff answer calls within record timing and is a pleasure to work with when they’re in your apartment. I can’t say more than wonderful things about where this complex from its location, to the staff to how you truly feel like it’s a community. There are constant events going on, so you’re always meeting neighbors and having fun . I absolutely love living here and look forward to renewing my lease again. The only thing I wish I could do is buy my apartment out right because I don’t want to ever leave.

My mom moved to Hawthorne Waterstone from out of state. The staff has been absolutely amazing and accommodating! My mom was very anxious to downsize from a large house and was worried she'd be unhappy but they made the transition seamless. She had a couple problems operating appliances but maintenance staff was there to help promptly and with a smile. Her apartment is beautiful and spacious and she says she doesn't hear the neighbors. The amenities and grounds are beautiful. I haven't seen her this happy in a long time!!! Thank you, Ivey, Brittany and HW staff!
