I’ve lived at Hawthorne at the summit for about a year and it’s been an amazing experience! The pool is absolutely beautiful—perfect for relaxing on the weekends or getting in a few laps. The gym is top-notch, with all the equipment you need for a solid workout, whether you’re into cardio or weightlifting. What really sets this place apart is the office team. They are always friendly, professional, and quick to help with any questions or maintenance requests. It’s clear they care about the residents and work hard to make this community a great place to live. If you’re looking for a well-maintained, amenity-packed apartment complex with an awesome staff, I highly recommend the summit!

The Hawthorne at the Summit is an excellent place to live. My apartment as well as the facility and grounds are taken care of with pride. The staff is extremely friendly and very responsive to requests that are made. This location is minutes away from restaurants shopping or the interstate. Most importantly, I feel safe and secure knowing that me and my family are being taken care of. I would recommend this property to any of my friends and family. Great place to live!

My Wife and I lived here for 3 years before moving into our house. The apartments and amenities are great but honestly they’re not what makes this place amazing. The staff, front office and maintenance, are incredible. Every conversation I ever had was a great experience. They were always quick to follow up and follow through. They bent over backwards more than once to make things easier for us.

I have lived here for 3 years and I just have to say that it is luxurious. I wanted to write a review because today I found that the staff put on an Easter egg hunt all around the property. The staff is always welcoming and have bent over backwards for my family personally as well. Pool is always kept clean and the neighbors respect one another. The maintenance people are super responsive when something (usually an issue i made) happens. You get what you pay for and this place will be my home for the next 3 years. It has everything I could as for.

We love our brand new apartment. The fact that no one has lived here before me makes it even better. The pool and gym makes it feel like im always on vacation after a long day at work. The office staff are great and make this place a great place to live. We love the events they have each month. :)
